Fully recommended if you plan to work in a centralized way, adding all the useful aspects for the business management to be adequate, either for sales or advertising areas, or even for logistics and human resources management. Arbox can be exploited in practically all business scenarios.

It is best suited if you want to try and achieve more reviews of your business. It is also good if you do not want to take time responding to reviews. By the same token, it is less appropriate when auto-response is turned on. If there is a negative review, it is better to address it in person, as there may be a specific customer service issue that a computer response is not going to understand.

  • The reporting system for branding and marketing that Arbox has allows us to work by sales ranges, which allows us to cover different time sectors, and therefore we can work with sales depending on the seasonal format we decide, and that helps us to set different goals.

  • For the moment we have not calculated the level of increase in return on investment that has been achieved with the use of Arbox, since the time using it has not been enough to define a stable amount of profit, or in any case, that stands out much in relation to the amount earned before its use by the company, so we hope to update this section in the future.

  • More ratings, especially positive, helps reflect on our business model and are good for us to see how we are really doing with customers.
