I really believe that every company, business, and organization needs some aggregator for NPS scores. Feedback is so critical in the direction of a company, especially in the tight-knit healthcare IT community. The more we know about our strengths and weaknesses, the better suited we will be to keep our current client base happy, while resolving issues that are affecting our detractors. That direction will guide the product, leading to an increase in sales; it's a no-brainer. The question is, what solution do we opt for? The paper-and-pen method (Excel) was not sustainable. Online documents are only really viable for the first few weeks. Having a user-friendly and easily maintainable solution like AskNicely is the key. The interface is simplicity itself, and the results were very surprising (in a good way). I would very strongly recommend this for software companies, but really any group that needs to monitor feedback could benefit from this service. The larger the group, the better suited it would be. I would only say this is not an applicable solution for very small companies with a very local client base (but, even then, I could make the argument).

The capability of Cvent is extraordinary. It can be used for a variety of purposes such as surveys, questionnaires, testing (with scoring capability), net promoter and the list goes on and on. We have found the ability to import questions data, create and design surveys, accomplish reporting all to be intuitive and easy with minimal requirements of having any previous survey creation experience. Typically with only three 1 Hour blocks of training, you can get an individual or team setup and administering their own surveys and reports. Because of the broad capabilities within Cvent, I cannot think of any scenario or situation that the technology would not be appropriate. One crucial point about Cvent is that many companies we survey do not allow their employees to be surveyed from other tools. Cvent, however is approved and accepted allowing us to reach a broader audience in obtaining the valuable feedback that we need in order for us to assure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • AskNicely is very easy to set up and configure. Uploading the contacts was a breeze, and the import went smoothly.
  • Results are clearly and logically displayed for rapid engagement.
  • We reached more users in just one day than we did in one week previously with three people calling daily. And this was just with the trial version, which limited us to only 50 surveys a day!
  • Their customer service was stellar. I never had to wait long for a response from our representative (Nick). He was quick with solid answers as well.
  • The graphical interface is very streamlined and user-friendly. It made an impact with our management team for sure.

  • It's great that it keeps track of responses and answers and assigns them to our potential attendees, past attendees, colleagues and friends to easily reference.
  • The surveys have a lot of flexibility when creating and designing templates, wording and layouts.
  • Being able to edit CSS allows us to match to our current website design as well.

  • Seeing as I am fairly new to the product I haven't found many ,if any weaknesses. The product works as we had hoped and delivered more.

  • Some fields (like time stamps) can be hidden inside the CVENT database and custom reports are required to report that data.

I gave this rating because of course we will renew with Cvent. They bring us business, and meeting planners all over the world recognize this portal as a business. It is a brand new tool that many are familiar with. We use it on a day to day basis. Cvent you are amazing!

  • Increased employee efficiency is a true statement for Cvent. It is efficient for both clients and sales representatives.
  • It also has a faster lead conversion and notifies you as soon as a client has accepted a proposal.
  • I would not say it has any negative impact at our company whatsover. Thank you Cvent for working so properly.
