AskNicely vs. ProProfs Quiz Maker

AskNicely is well suited for surveying customers about how they are feeling about your product. This can be their overall feeling or after they have taken a certain action. E.g. used a particular feature. It's not designed for getting through customer feedback, rather gauging satisfaction. You will need to follow up with other survey methods for detailed feedback.

According to me, ProProfs is a versatile tool so it can be used in different places keeping in mind different ways of applications. Businesses can use it for lead generation, pre-hiring skills assessments, training assessments, compliance training, increasing social engagement, and much more. There are templates segmented into different categories so you can understand different use cases.

• NPS Surveys - Easy to access and use and branded for our company.
• Analytics - AskNicely provides simple and robust analytics for identifying trends in data.
• Workflows - AskNicely uniquely provides automated workflows in response to NPS results. This means teams like customer success and marketing can spend less time reacting and researching and more time working to create programs that drive more business and improve our customer experience.

• Creating assessments is very easy with ProProfs. It has lots of pre-designed assessments that we can quickly modify by adding questions from their question bank.
• It has excellent anti-cheating features which allow us to conduct remote hiring tests.
• The tool provides simple and useful reports with visual statistics that make it very easy to compare candidates.

• Integrations could always be another but they do a nice job getting Asknicely and CRM’s talking nicely to one another
• I’d like to see more resources on how to take small businesses to the next level of CX execution using NPS and AskNicely
• More, not fewer plan options

• In my opinion, it doesn’t really need any improvements, but I’d like to see some advancements in:
• Templates.
• Question Types.
• Grading.

I’d give ProProfs Quiz Maker a 9. The quiz tool isn’t perfect but looks all set to become it. We’re particularly impressed by all the quiz creation resources it offers and how comprehensive the settings and functionalities are. The support has been good too. The customer service team is patient and readily available.

Because it met all the requirements my organization had. we were using it to meet our overall business goals that include lead generation, growing our brand reach, recruiting the best candidates, quality employee on-boarding & training, and more. The easy to use interface and flexible customization made the tasks easy, and we accomplished the desired targets from the tool

We are still evaluating SurveyMonkey against AskNicely, but initial results would seem to favor the latter. For ease-of-use, flexibility, and easily accessible analytics, AskNicely wins on all counts. Both have robust outreach engines, and there are limitations and pros/cons on each application. It is at least a very competitive match up, and I would hesitate to besmirch one tool over the other. SurveyMonkey users would benefit from giving AskNicely a once-over, though.

ProProfs Quiz Maker is a very easy-to-use tool and that is its USP. It is preferred over other tools for its super simple user interface and the no-fuss installation. You can simply get started by signing up and choosing a plan and you don’t have to be highly tech-savvy to create quizzes or tests.

• Ask Nicely is just for internal use and we don't monitor it in relevance to GMV
• Ask Nicely is a good way to provide quantifiable goals in customer service which is often qualitative
• Ask Nicely is a great way to follow up with all customers who have not had a good experience
