It is probably the strongest overall proposition in the web analytics space, taking into account value for money, the team involved, the tools, data availability and overall flexibility of the solution. It is very well suited to broadcast media, with its requirement for robust video and audio analytics

It is well suited if you want to understand more than numbers and want to invest time to really understand how users behave on your website.I believe it is an especially good fit if you are launching a new website or if you are rather new to analytics and want to understand user behavior before only looking at numbers.

AT Internet

  • Real-time data: only a four minute delay between an action on a website and processed data you can work with.
  • Support: very responsive support center and intelligent, creative consultants. I've never had a problem they couldn't solve.
  • An application for everyone: there are applications for every type of user, from someone who just needs to view PDF dashboards, to basic data manipulation, to advanced analysts. You can get incredibly in depth with the type of data you're looking at or you can stay on the surface to get quick KPIs.
  • API capabilites: ability to run real-time API calls through one of the apps, connect API calls to Excel, and the ability to import data from external APIs to display in dashboards.

  • It has all the best features to have on the platform for the websites to do well on the internet.
  • I have been using this platform in my organization for a very long time and it has been the best choice in handling analytics of website.
  • The best features of Smartlook which amazes me while using it that it gives me an understanding of the micro-level, which is beyond amazing.
  • It gives me the recording of a visitor who visits the profile and what the visitor does on the website or app.

  • Long response time for reports based on a huge datasets in some cases. If your volume of data is high and you're requesting a data within a complex segment then response time could be significant. But the processing time for regular reports could be improved by AT Internet team if you request it.
  • Delays in a problem solving when the issue requires several technical teams cooperation.

Smartlook

  • It would be nice to be able to categorize or sort the recordings into sections, such as "Improvements, Useful Interactions, Positive Experience" etc. - so the information could be easily sorted out & used.
  • I would like to flag recordings so I could review them again, or make notes on them.
  • It seems to take awhile for the recordings to load, especially when you click ahead in the recording.

I gave this rating because I think that AT Internet is a good tool, user-friendly easy for onboarding and simple dashboards, however the majority of people use Google Analytics, especially media agency, it is easier for them to use Google Analytics.

Overall the experience is very good, it's quick, relaiable and does everything I would want. The only problems I have are matching the correct stats to what I want. It can be painful trying to find the right thing and the explanations are not always the clearest. That's the only issue i've found though.

I absolutely love SmartLook not only for the number of features that it packs into it but how good those features are. We generally use it for spotting technical issues or seeing the heat maps but it also allowed us to see the main points at which people abandon carts. And although we can see that through GA, Smartlook allows us to see what they are looking at when they do it, which helps us to narrow down why they left. All of the other features are phenomenal and the support is great

I don't have any exemple in mind where AT Internet interface hasn't been available, i have always been able to use AT Internet when i needed it. The only issues to notice is that it happens sometimes that real time or D-1 datas are partially delayed.

The only customer support interaction I've had is that Jan sent me an email in which he offered another 30-day full functionality trail if I submit my product review here on TrustRadius. I feel that really generous and exactly what my startup business needs right now. We would be happy to pay for this service once our sales funnels start generating some revenue.

The in-person training unfortunately does not match to our expectations, was too much focus on digital basis and not on AT Internet functionnalties and how to use it. We paid for one day and only 15 minutes at the end was focused on our real needs in terms of media analytics.

  • It seems so far that AT Internet is a big win for any of our new clients, however there has been a learning curve as we switched over from Adobe for our current clients. We've had a hard time making the adjustment.

  • We found out that people look for functions on our websites that we have not put there. e.g. they wanted to enlarge a photo and that was not possible.
  • We found out that pepole are a bit disoriented in our e-shop cart, that was why our sales were low. After adjusting the cart our sales went up by 3%.
  • We found out what categories our clients were looking for in our e-shop. We realized some categories were missing.
