We were given a dedicated customer service rep that is there whenever we need them. Emails are answered within hours and the knowledge base they have has many of the answers including easy to follow how-to's. We haven't run into any issues that can't be solved in less than 24 hours.

AT&T Workforce Manager and
Field Service Mananger (FSM) have a lot of similar qualities. However, we decided to switch to
FSM because we were able to get electronic signatures and import our customer database. I liked the ease of movement within AT&T Workforce Manager better than that of
FSM. AT&T Workforce Manager is more aesthetically pleasing and easier to navigate.
