AT&T Workforce Manager would be an exceptional product if it had enhanced capabilities such as electronic signatures and a customer database. The tracking features really helped out our office with payroll and dispatching.

Paypro Workforce Management is adequately included in all those companies that need to centralize their HHRR and payroll information, allowing to manage time off, activities and nominal load processing without major problems, based on the use of time and efficiency of operations to achieve a more automated service in our corporation. It adapts perfectly to medium and large companies who acquire a corporate partner that facilitates the tasks achieving to bring more time and benefits to each of our employees. It also brings negative challenges that can be totally solved by means of the adequate training of the personnel to use it, to avoid future inconveniences and possible accounting errors that can generate moments of tension.

Paypro Workforce Management

  • Setting up new employees is very easy and only takes a couple of minutes.
  • We have union and non-union employees, and we have both salaried and hourly employees. Workforce One lets us set up rules based on the union CBA, our office holiday schedule, etc., so we don't have to make many adjustments to timesheets when we have situations that deviate from the norm. The rules kick in and handle the situation for us.

Paypro Workforce Management

  • Report Writing: Canned reports are antiquated like a dinosaur. Users should be able to design their own reports like all other systems. Click and it's there. Currently, it's not at all what it can be.
  • Very rigid with contract: meaning when a rule change and/or policy has changed the company is charged in order to make the change.
  • Integration within the system. There are times when you change the information in the system then it randomly changes another section.

The system is very thorough, has an efficient layout, and is very user-friendly. It can handle massive amounts of data and spit it out in manageable and useful chunks. We obtain tons of workable data from the various reports that the system can provide us. When it comes to payroll and HR, it can handle everything that you need.

Customer support is OK, but they are unable to make changes to systems our company finds imperative. Digital employee reviews are overly complicated and customer support has not been able to update them for us. Workflows do not work for our organization and we were informed they could not be changed.

AT&T Workforce Manager

AT&T Workforce Manager and Corrigo Field Service Mananger (FSM) have a lot of similar qualities. However, we decided to switch to Corrigo FSM because we were able to get electronic signatures and import our customer database. I liked the ease of movement within AT&T Workforce Manager better than that of Corrigo FSM. AT&T Workforce Manager is more aesthetically pleasing and easier to navigate.

Paypro Workforce Management

Payroll was a horror with ADP. There was never a smooth processing of data. It was almost impossible to get a rep on the phone and when I did - it took no less than an hour (or more) to get the issue resolved. Paypro is a smooth process from beginning to end. If I have a problem I send an email or call a member from out dedicated team and the issue is taken care of quickly.

  • Workforce save time in processing . The company can manage the payroll , process by one employee. The company used to have two employees to split the whole company dept; now one employee can manage the whole process.
  • It's cheaper than other payroll company.
