WebPT Enterprise packages are custom-made based on clinic needs, and prices vary accordingly.
Works well for family med and peds primary care. Would not be well suited to wound healing/hyperbaric medicine practice in current configuration as the specific documentation requirements of wound management and hyperbaric treatments don't mesh well with the layout and forms that I observed.
In our physical therapy clinic this is a great and easy software to use. We only have PT in our clinic so I cannot say how well it is for other services; however, I can see this working well for any type of therapy provider. We use TheraBill for our billing and sometimes the transfer of information from WebPT to TheraBill can be frustrating due to programming from one software to another. Things have to be triple checked due to this.
Quality programs - able to see what measures are outstanding for the patient
Reporting - able to report on multiple financial reports as well as clinical information
Standardization of clinical information - the system forces users within the same specialty to use the same templates (as a starting point), therefore it is easier to standardize protocols and treatments of care
The schedule needs to be improved. You should be able to see the schedule in a day, a week , in a month view and be able to schedule directly from the schedule.
It's difficult to name items because they are traditionally corrected very quickly
Should have a system that makes it easier for small practices to share licenses when seeing a small number of patient visits as opposed to investing in 1 whole license for a therapist who may only treat 1-2 visits a week.
Sharing of licenses capability with Therabill
All in one, one-stop-shop, EMR solution that includes CRM, patient intake, and so forth.
Usability is great except some glitches. I will give 70 out of 100 because it isn't a perfect one. There are better software but they are more expensive.
WebPT performs well when you comply with their recommended upload speed. WebPT coordinates effortlessly with Kareo, giving my practice a full, compliant EHR that feeds seamlessly into medical billing.
For a surgery center application, it is much better to use a system that is uniquely designed for surgery centers. Using Athena as a less than desirable work around has been a frustrating experience.
Planning Center was good anytime I worked in large company ministry. They allowed you to upload many things including mp3 song files, which was nice for worship and scheduling purposes. Webpt does more for adding members and clients (like in a medical setting) rather than having a smaller team and allowing everyone to access the info.
We have been able to reduce the front office staffing required for electronic benefit verification.
We are able to effectively track the effectiveness and quality of care provided by our PT's through the metrics provided with WebPT Reach and Outcomes products.
