- The analytics feature is fairly well-laid out and is easy for clients to understand their reports
- When you start drafting a post, you can tweak the individual social platform posts without affecting the others. This saves a lot of time.
- The ability to have contributors create drafts that must be approved by a manager is fantastic and very user-friendly. It's also not an add-on or extra cost like other tools.

I have used a few audience insight tools but I find Audiense has a large mix of data within one platform. For instance, IBM Watson, Demos, Social Listening, Hashtags. It is great to have a lot of insights about an audience in one place to have a holistic understanding.
