After evaluating almost every major email marketing platform, we migrated from Autopilot to ActiveCampaign a couple of years ago. ActiveCampaign allows us to run more advanced automations and its tagging system allows us to add much more detail and context to a particular …
ActiveCampaign is easier to use and has more resources. Autopilot creates great flow in a very visual and pretty way, but not that useful. Autopilot also crashed a lot despite ActiveCampaign that crashes too, but way less often than Autopilot.
Pardot is in my opinion overpriced and because it relies on Salesforce as a CRM limiting as a choice. HubSpot CRM is great even in the free version, but once you need to add email automation in the mix the cost become a big factor.

How would I say this, for me Autopilot is a whole other tool then the other MA tools I use. Most other MA tools focus on a lot of options and things you can do with it. But Autopilot seems to mainly focus on the visual builder to make automations, and they do that really well!
While Autopilot cannot compete with the enterprise players (like HubSpot and Marketo), I think it seriously beats its competitors in terms of features for the price. If you have a small budget, you could exhaust it by purchasing all the software you need to build your funnel, …
