Likelihood to Recommend Autopilot has a friendly and bright appeal offering a code-free automation experience that makes it easy to build complex automated workflows. Anyone can start creating workflows using the drag-and-drop builder even without technical knowledge. Teams utilize the notes and graphics feature to collaborate on automation workflows providing a much easier way to understand workflows created by someone else.

Read full review Great visual visibility of the funnel plus easy to drag the deals across the stages The email integration that collects all relevant communication (also through the possibility of adding a deal-specific Pipedrive address on BCC) The integration with Pandadoc, which we use a lot, so that Pipedrive keeps a really handy overview of the documents we have sent out / which have been signed Read full review Cons Limited Design Customization: If you're an experienced marketer and are used to the unlimited customization capabilities of larger platforms (or coding your own templates), you might find Autopilot's options to be limiting. It's great for a beginner user who shouldn't be encumbered with those options, but I could see if being frustrating for others. Read full review Showing the customers name on the pipeline page. Right now I can only get it to show the brand name twice. I wish it would replace the second brand name with the main point of contact. Better reporting tools. Their reporting tools are not easy to pick up. I've spent time trying to figure it out and it isn't something I can pick up on quickly. Better training options. I wish I had a personal trainer to walk me through the best way to use Pipedrive so I can get the most out of it. Read full review Usability There is a learning curve that caused a slow adoption but overall the UI looks great and the support is helpful when there is an issue that you need to be addressed. The marketplace integrations (developed by Pipedrive) could definitely use some work as they're not as seamless as we'd hoped for!
Read full review Support Rating Between quick video tutorials and having very quick feedback from their support teams, it is one of the main reasons I would recommend Pipedrive. It is critical, especially when setting up the platform to meet your companies needs, that a solid support team like Pipedrive has is there to make the transition easier.

Read full review Alternatives Considered How would I say this, for me Autopilot is a whole other tool then the other MA tools I use. Most other MA tools focus on a lot of options and things you can do with it. But Autopilot seems to mainly focus on the visual builder to make automations, and they do that really well! The other tools are also great but more a "complete package solution" with a lot of options. And that can be overwhelming. So if you want a great easy-to-use workflow/automation builder and less of all the other options Autopilot is a great start.
Read full review I much prefer the interface of Pipedive when compared to Zoho. Much more user friendly and the team is always readily available when we need them. Pipedrive allowed for many custom integrations to be added, as Zoho was a tad more complicated to manipulate. We would not go back to Zoho in any case.
Read full review Return on Investment Not sure. I cannot put a $ on it for ROI as I was the administrator and not part of the team that procured it. Time-wise I would say I spent less time using it than I previously had used in CloudPortal Services Manager. Read full review Pipedrive has had an extremely positive impact on our overall business objectives. More specifically, the return on investment has been magnified by the fact that it is fairly inexpensive. I can recall 2-3 conversations which prompted my boss and myself to note how convenient Pipedrive is. Like most companies, it can often feel like we are spinning many plates at once. Even when our team is not able to connect in person every day, our projects are capable of progressing. Pipedrive has allowed us to press forward where we (normally) would have lacked the communication necessary in doing so. Read full review ScreenShots
