Likelihood to Recommend I would recommend Auzmor Hire to anyone who is having a hard time in managing applicants and using multiple tools to get the work done. Auzmor Hire is simple to use ATS wherein you need not have any prior experience in using ATS. If you are struggling with posting same job on multiple job boards then you can integrate all your Job boards with Auzmor Hire so that with "One Click Posting", you can post the job across all the job boards. If you do not have paid job boards then Auzmor Hire has free job boards that you could always use. They are also adding few more in coming weeks.
Read full review cBizSoft's Exelare is very well-suited to the staffing industry. It allows for multiple contacts under a single client record. You can then enter & track all Jobs & Recruiting activity. It's fairly well suited to being a CRM as well. It does have the capability to link with ADP once you 'place' a candidate in the system. However, if you use another payroll system, you're stuck exporting reports & info to import in your payroll.

Read full review Support Rating Overall there is a ton of useful functionality in the software. Reporting is great. You can mass load & edit candidates, & almost any type of record really. You can customize a lot of the menus for your own purposes & statuses for candidates. It can be used for Sales/CRM activity too. However, the interface looks like it was built in Windows 95 or something. The fact that it's not cloud-based seems to confuse a lot of our users

Read full review Return on Investment Auzmor Hire has help us in getting better candidate through the Job boards they have suggested via Job Target Integration. We have seen drastic improvements in time to hire & cost per hire We maintain a database of all candidates in the Talent Pool so that when there's a similar job opening i don't have to look out for candidates, I can quickly filter them by tags in Talent Pool.
