I would recommend Auzmor Hire to anyone who is having a hard time in managing applicants and using multiple tools to get the work done.Auzmor Hire is simple to use ATS wherein you need not have any prior experience in using ATS.If you are struggling with posting same job on multiple job boards then you can integrate all your Job boards with Auzmor Hire so that with "One Click Posting", you can post the job across all the job boards.If you do not have paid job boards then Auzmor Hire has free job boards that you could always use. They are also adding few more in coming weeks.

JobDiva

JobDiva is excellent for larger organizations but use has to be consistent - it is only as good as the user makes it. If you are not entering, following up and updating you will end up wasting resources. It requires attention to harvesting and putting roles that are covered on hold or taking off harvest. For entry level recruiters it can some times put them at a disadvantage since it is so advances in its AI that they dont know how to recruit without it.

  • Integrating Email Suite so that Email communication, Calendar Invites are synced to the ATS
  • Being able to define the Recruiting Preferences and change it at the Job level
  • Auzmor Hire Chrome Extension that helps us to Capture the details of the candidate from LinkedIn and add them to the Job on ATS with one click.
  • Scoring the applicants based on the answering the Screening Questions is a great option to filter the candidates
  • We can disqualify the candidate who have not met the criteria and give reasons so that we can track what are the major disqualifying reason.
  • Integrating our Website's Career page with Auzmor Hire so that every job posted on ATS is automatically posted on Career's Page.

  • I would like for JobDiva to be able to recognize duplicate profiles or resumes and flag those for us to review
  • We currently use a 3rd party app to request Professional References. If this could be be built into JobDiva in the candidate portal then that would be very helpful.
  • We also use an outside service for the Right to Represent and would like to see where we can upload our forms to be sent out to the candidate.

Our company is moving to a more nuanced and focused type of recruiting style and the more recruiters we bring on, the less we need to worry about aggregating large pools of resume as the recruiting team does that with better more detailed information. The more detailed our database becomes the more we build a more reliable pool of candidates and the more the slowness of the systems become more and more problematic

JobDiva is one of the best applicant tracking systems - it's easy for recruiters to use and provides the ability to quickly build a search and filter millions of resumes of available candidates with the required levels of experience, skills or attributes. Jobdiva itself is a very intelligent and powerful tool to recruit and source qualified candidates.

Over all I think JobDiva works well. It has some issues from time to time, but the support staff seems to handle it quickly. The major issue is the email merges getting black listed as spam. That takes away a very important JobDiva feature. That is our major functionality complaint these days

One of the best things about JobDiva is the strong Support team. They are highly responsive and very knowledgeable. They have a high sense of urgency and helps us resolve the issue as soon as possible. I have never faced any issues with the JobDiva support team in 7 years of my use of JobDiva. One of the best in the industry. Kudos to JobDiva on the support team.

This is a SaaS platform so the implementation is easy. One thing to consider is to make sure your organization has agreed to this system. Not all will like it but atleast everyone must understand how this will impact Staffing efforts in a positive way. Once everyone is bought then the rest is smooth. The reason I mention this is because after the implementation some where reluctant to change thus not maximizing JOBDIVA to its full capacity.

JobDiva

JobDiva is a better tool to use for sourcing the candidates as compared to specific job portals. This is because it helps to find candidates simultaneously in multiple job portals. Also, it helps to create database of a particular skillset which is not available on most of the job portals (at least those that I have used till now.).

  • We have seen drastic improvements in time to hire & cost per hire
  • We maintain a database of all candidates in the Talent Pool so that when there's a similar job opening i don't have to look out for candidates, I can quickly filter them by tags in Talent Pool.

  • JobDiva greatly improves the recruiter's productivity. The recruiter's work-hours will be spent qualifying candidates who match the requirements rather than manually inspecting resumes for the possible matching candidates. The recruiter will no longer have to examine the resumes to locate the matching skills and length of experiences. JobDiva would have done that for the recruiter. The recruiter will focus his/her time on phone and personal interviews, on salary and benefits negotiation and on other facets of the hiring process.
  • Faster Fills. The electronic pile of resumes, which are received in response to advertising and to subscriptions to public web sites, is rapidly reduced to the short list of candidates who have the required background. Suitable candidates can be located and qualified within seconds or minutes beating the competition to the hunt. The rapid delivery of almost all the properly matching candidates enables the recruiter to select the best available candidates. The alternative is to leaf through a considerably larger pile of electronic resumes and settle for the first few that match. When put against other staffing companies in competing for jobs, when the sales representative does not have a solid relationship with the hiring manager, the success ratio of a company using JobDiva in a one-on-one competitive situation is approximately seven to one. When the sales representative does have a close relationship to the hiring manager, the fill ratio is almost 100%.
  • JobDiva's resume search engine patent-pending technology has the capability of producing a short list of the best-suited candidates for the job requirement. The short list of resumes has a high precision ratio. That is, most of the retrieved resumes, if not all, have the required skills at the required duration of experience. The short list of resumes has also a high recall ratio. That is, most of the resumes, which are a match to the requirement by skill and duration of experience, are located by the search.
