It can be a bit complex and provide too much customisation, which sounds like a great match for large organisations, but can be counterproductive for smaller ones. It's a great tool for those companies looking to take their talent function further, get them to the next level, as it provides a range of opportunities to further EB, talent community, etc. If a company is looking for a tool for storing candidates to perform basic tasks, this tool is too sophisticated
