I would recommend this solution with a 10 to my professional colleagues. We will never return to an on-premise solution in this area. Unified management of all collaboration services like video, voice, messaging is much better in the cloud. We also save space in the server datacenter rack for this service. The solution allows us to be mobile and use any device to communicate.

+ We need to have make a unique survey implemantation. Like we had many surveys after the call and wanted distrubute randomly since they have such a good technical knowledge, we solved many technical obstacles in couple of days and implemented our survey. - I would like to see the dashboard pinned on my agents desktops.

  • Company's promise of providing Gold Standard of Cloud Five9 availability.
  • Very responsive customer support and support directly from Avaya and not Ring Central.
  • Great Nvidia AI partnership has helped in reducing background noise on meeting calls, has improved backgrounds used in a meeting call, and also the claimed feature of non responsive participant's blurring works okay.
  • One umbrella solution for all the needs of a small customer like voice, video, chat, etc.

  • User friendly. It has dashboards for each team also able to see all users at the same time.
  • Good account management. We can directly reach our account manager through her mobile. Very fast response for urgent issues.
  • Even the defaults reports fine enough we can always ask for some spesific reporting formats.

Cons

Avaya Cloud Office

  • Integration with CCaaS and CPaaS is still under work and should be available soon as that will make Avaya Cloud Office unbeatable.
  • Admin Console should be improved. Similar problem was with CCaaS and the same thing is with Avaya Cloud Office Management page that it has a lot of features, but help, etc. is not available.
  • Directory integration works fine, but sometimes doesn't sync up users.

Indeed yes there was an outage and we loved the way the support personnel engaged with us right from the start to finish. They were highly skilled and wise and were able to pinpoint the issue and explain the root cause and were able to fix it at our end. It was a great experience.

  • Nvidia AI based partnership has increased the demand.
  • Avaya's customer support is gathering all the praises and all this has given us high returns on investing time on Avaya.
  • Also, it is a one umbrella solution for all UCaaS needs and hence makes it very useful and a hot sell.
