Avaya Cloud Office is great for someone that works both from home and at the office. The IOS app allows you to switch so that you get calls on your cell phone, and the cloud phone can easily be taken home if needed. It may be overkill if you work for an organization that requires you to be at the office when working.

- Great Nvidia AI partnership has helped in reducing background noise on meeting calls, has improved backgrounds used in a meeting call, and also the claimed feature of non responsive participant's blurring works okay.
- One umbrella solution for all the needs of a small customer like voice, video, chat, etc.

- When we used it, there were some bugs where incoming calls did not always show up.
- Customers would sometimes complain the number came over as "spam" and not our work #.
- Video integration on app could be a bit improved on connection and functionality.

Cisco HCS platform is to be seen as a centralized UC platforms, that can be scalable as an IP Centrex solution and as rich in functionalities as a Cisco CUCM. If you're looking for a solution and your main focus is IM & P functionalities rather than voice, Lync is a good solution. If your focus is voice and telephony, Cisco is a better solution

- Some offices struggle a little at first learning a new phone system, mostly those with older phone systems where they utilize different lines.
