I have only gone through demos of other products as we switched over from a custom product prior to Aventri. The biggest reason we selected Aventri is the malleability of the product, along with their amazing customer support. Their pricing is also extremely competitive, and …
I have not used Cvent but I know about them. They are double the price of Aventri and offer the same type of product. They have more integrations (like lead sourcing), however.
SignUp4 was our previous service and performed well. It wasn't until after it shuttered that we realized how much more could be provided. Cvent (which absorbed SignUp4) provided many of the old solutions but at a significantly higher price. In the end, it seemed more suited …
Aventri doesn't compare. Aventri only has event management in regards to registration. We had to host our mobile app separately which is not ideal. Aventri was behind the times and was not evolving or adapting as quickly as Cvent. We would highly recommend Cvent to anyone …

Chose Cvent Event Management
Both have pros and cons. E-touches is easier to sort registered attendees to accommodate preprinted badging options. Cvent Event Management - design capabilities are WAY better.
Cvent continues to keep robust reporting and provide integrations to additional platforms that can't compare. There are some elements that seem more complicated than necessary, but the overall platform provides so much opportunity for a company to centralize all event data: …
Already had a contract with Cvent when reviewing Aventri. Aventri budget module is easier to use and reporting has more capabilities in terms of ease of use and formatting capabilities out of the box.
We utilize Cvent overall because of its robust SMM module and ability to manage meetings strategically. Additionally we heavily use the sourcing component which is very comprehensive.
I used eTouches a long time ago, but I don't remember it having the same functionality and features. We used it for basic registration and hotel request capture. If there was a way to track budget, sourcing, mobile apps, etc. I wasn't aware of it. Prior to Cvent we also used …
The same thing I’ve been saying: Cvent is customizable in a way the others are not. It’s scalable and can bare our brand. I think, more importantly, they’re always innovating and their innovation makes us look modern and top of our game to our attendees. At Cvent, we feel like …
We selected Cvent Event Management because it gave more control to the planner. The planner can do a lot more in the designing, creating, and managing of the events.
I touched on these points previously in the review, but will recap here. Our team previously used etouches Event Management. We made the switch to Cvent because of the following elements where they excelled over etouches:
