Awardco has something for everyone. I have employees in a variety of age groups and some want to travel, some want a tangible item, and others feel like they don't really need/want anything so they choose a gift card so they can use it how and when they choose. Awardco allows that flexibility. Also, if the individual isn't ready to make a selection right away, they can save their points to use at a later time. If an individual would like to select an item larger than their award amount, they are not able to add dollars to their personal account, which may cause some frustration to an individual.

Energage knows which areas to assess and how to word the questions so that employees understand and can share their true feelings without fear of their identity being shared, without concern that they need to sound professional (which allows them to save time and not get frustrated with the fact that they're "wasting time on another survey," and also in a way that makes employees feel as though they're participating in the improvement of the company. That is to say, that their feedback matters, it will be heard, and it will be implemented into the leadership's formulation of future decisions.

- I would love if I could award points as a manager.
- Ordering Amazon products directly from the Awardco site does not come with tracking for your items.
- The products ordered directly from the Awardco site take a really long time to arrive at your home.

- The only area of improvement may be streamlining the emails they send out after the surveys have been tabulated and the information is available. We usually just want the report and because Energage does such a good job compiling it via the dashboard and the graphics, our company doesn't have a need for further tools and promotion tips. It can get confusing when there's too many options to share and/or best practices to follow.

In the past, we have used sites like Coupa to order products & prizes for employees who we want to reward or who have earned prizes during competitions. We enjoyed the program, but there were many steps involved & many layers to go through. It was a time-consuming process to reward an employee, but now we don't spend any time at all on things like this since every employee has their own Awardco account.

- The impact internally is immense. Our leadership pulls direct data and comments from Energage's surveys and uses it to inform their decisions and goals. The leadership also cites what our employees told us to explain why we're doing certain things as a company. There's always alignment shared when possible so employees know their feedback matters.
