    Specific scenarios where Communifire would be well suited to an organisation, would be companies that are people focused and committed to frequent and open communication channels from both the top-down and bottom-up. It also would suit organizations that are committed to providing the staff opportunities to collaborate, share and actively contribute to company initiatives and planning. If these aren't elements of your organization's culture, the system would still work for you or those companies who just want to push information out and have an effective intranet. Communifire would cater to these scenarios just as well and is more than capable of providing that type of simple solution.

    Well suited scenario. Client is deeply rooted in the Cisco ecosystem! They are growing and require an all-in-one solution from a vendor they can trust. They have a trusted value-added reseller to help and support them when they need anything and can find the value of Cisco's solution. Less appropriate scenario. Client has several different vendors and is already growing in the direction of an alternative vendor. Maybe because of a bundled, less expensive solution provided by alternative vendor. Small business and budget conscious when making purchasing decisions.

    • Communifire allows people to connect easily through instant chat and messaging. It works similarly to other social media platforms like Facebook so its not hard to learn.
    • Communifire makes it easy to share news and events with our community and the presentation of this information looks very professional.
    • I found Communifire quite easy to configure to our individual needs. There were a lot of options to turn things on or off. This was important to us because in some areas of our community we wanted to allow our contractors many features and in other areas we wanted to really limit what was on offer.
    • We had a big list of things we needed a platform to do. Communifire ticked all the boxes.

    • Video Conference Meetings: In every industry from HR department to IT Department, everyone has there meetings, Webex just solve the issue of conference room blocking.
    • Events: Now we dont have to seat at conference hall & listen the events. We can do this while seating at home
    • Polls: Now we can record our views or make our voting count. Webex polls simply solve this issue with digital polling

    • At times, the meeting audio/video can get glitchy if there are a lot of attendees online and using bandwidth.
    • Sometimes, it is hard for my prospects to join the meeting without downloading software or can't get the audio to work for some reason.
    • Hard to navigate attendees while presenting yourself.

      This rating has a caveat - there is always room for improvement, and this team gets it. You always learn from customers how to do things better and easier, so it is a constant learning of how people use the site. Although the search engine is exceptional, most people do not use it as their first line of research. Much of the usability has to do with layout - and is not just a software usability item, so the rating is severely dependent up on the layout/options you choose for your usage. And their team will do anything in their power to get the results and layout you want. The areas that need improvement - and acknowledged by the team - are the administrative tools. There are a ton of options, and it takes a little to learn some of those. For most people, however, this won't be an issue, because the support team will always help you. This is always the case with more power. If there were fewer options it would no doubt be easier, but they give you the keys to all of the cars in the lot; so a little more to learn.

      Webex Meetings does not provide enough audio feedback for users with visual disabilities to properly navigate the tool. Students, faculty, and staff who are blind or have low vision may not be able to use Webex Meetings. Users with motor disabilities that navigate via keyboard, may not be able to navigate the web conferencing session enough to participate fully.

      So personally I have never faced any kind of meeting unavailability issue while scandaling meeting with WebEx the bandwidth is really good and in terms of application performance the same is my opinion what I mentioned for availability it is good and the objective of communication is quite fruitfully achieved with a simple and effective product like WebEx which is often bundled with the purchase of course which is which we have at our company and great discount is being offered so it is easy on our pocket. I really don't have any specific errors which have faced I should mention over here the operation or application uses is quite smooth.

      We use browsers to join Webex Meetings and it is very good no issue also appears from Webex APP is very organized and does not consume more resources of PC so no issues appeared. We join audio and video in many ways, all of which are good. We integrated it with active Microsoft Exchange with easy deployment.

      That we needed complex implementation that we didn't get tells me 2 things: 1) the product was not designed in a way that "just worked" like some of its peers (Zoom / BlueJeans) and 2) had our company defined actual user needs and validated / verified that they had bought something that matched those, we would have pursued features / designs more closely aligned with what the product actually does: screen share, sometimes video, definitely VOIP audio (always an option regardless of license), and easy recording and retrieval of meetings.

      Actually, we use both Microsoft Teams and Webex Meetings. Although, Webex Meetings was our initial choice and has been used for longer at the organization. Microsoft Teams is still fairly new and I don't think we have had a chance to explore its functionalities to the fullest. However, one advantage Teams seems to have had right off the bat is it being a Microsoft product. Hence, it integrates better with Outlook. As I mentioned, we still prefer Webex Meetings for larger meetings (Teams can be too bandwidth hungry) and for meetings with external partners (Teams has had issues with inviting people outside our organization).

      Pricing structures are available with multiple options- 1. From Website directly. (Not recommended due to absence of partner support). 2. From Cisco Partner. (Highly recommended they help in setup as well as after-service support to a particular extent that again depends from partner to partner). Small Tip- Free Fell to negotiate with the partner. They can and they will. 3. Cisco through partners for the larger organizations provides Active Use plans. Where they give you as many licenses you want but charge you as per the usage.

      Setting this product in any department is easy since it has the most flexible setup process. The networking path is easy to maintain and monitor since the infrastructure is not complicated. New members who start using this product familiarize themselves within the shortest time possible. Marketing using this product has a great impact on influencing customers and interacting with them.

      • The costly nature of individual accounts across multiple schools made it difficult to maintain the budget when our student population grew exponentially.
      • Often communicated to clients and stakeholders that we were a trustworthy and elevated provider.
      • Limited engagement and interactive features with students often contributed to complaints around student engagement and buy-in.
