I would mark Axosoft on seven as a whole as the process it has is helping and working well for our department, and we are managing the software releases with it without any significant issues. Work processes and email tagging is working as expected, and teams are being updated with the results and findings accordingly, so none of the sprints are ending in the dustbin.

It is great for making proposals, sending invoices and for keeping time. It is also a great CRM tool. I love the business card scanner in the app.

- Make proposals: It is very easy to create, send, monitor and manage proposals. Once a proposal is accepted you create an invoice with one mouseclick.
- Integrations: It is very easy to integrate Teamleader with all kinds of solutions like Gmail for storing mails in your projects or in a customer record, Google Calendar for synching appointments, and Mailchimp for managing opt-ins for mailings. These are just a few but there are many more integrations that truly make your life easier.
- Invoicing: Easy to use invoicing solution. When you create projects it is easy to invoice upon set milestones. You can create product lists and subscriptions so recurring invoicing takes just a second.
- Mobile app: I always have TeamLeader with me on my phone. I can manage my calendar, register my time, find my contacts and check deals and invoices while I am on the road.

- Timing Out - when editing a story or bug, occasionally Axosoft will time out and all changes will be lost
- Viewing past sprints can be hard to locate
- Multiple users within a Story - Axosoft could do a better job managing multiple users on the same story
- User Interface isn't entirely user friendly and looks a bit outdated

Once you get the hang of Axosoft, I think it's easy to use however... getting the hang of it takes quite a bit of time. Additionally, once Axosoft makes an update, it can be difficult to find your bearings again. Like I said, once you know how to use the product, I think it's easy but it takes a bit to become comfortable and confident with Axosoft

Mostly the admins work on the issues, but most of the users face such issues and errors which get fixed after a login/logout, but this causes a change in the faith for the product in a user's mind. Overall the product can be marked at a good level of usage as our teams are making additions to it and getting the required work out of it.
