PhishER has been a wonderful tool to implement for staff to report emails. I have no complaints. Staff has been able to adapt to it very easily with the phish alert button. Communication using the message feature when reporting has been very helpful as well. PhishER is pretty accurate with their scans on the email links and attachments

• I like that automations can be done very easily.
• The programming process can be according to the specifications that one wishes, that is, it can be personalized.
• Most of the activities that are carried out by the departments of the organization can be carried out without any problem with the automation of Ayehu.

• PhishER's connection to our O365 environment is good, it allows users to click the Phish Alert button to report a phish and this kicks off a back-end action that scans all users' inboxes and quarantines similar phishing emails it finds.
• The KnowBe4 security awareness training, the Phish Alert Button, and simulated phishing are all tightly integrated, it's a "system" rather than ad hoc solutions.

• It would be good to create a space where users can exchange opinions and advice on how to get more potential out of the software.
• Most activities can be automated, however, there are desktop applications that cannot be automated yet.

• The quarantine function is lacking. Further integration with the existing 365 quarantine could really make a difference.
• The UI is a little bit feature heavy and clunky. There is a lack of clarity on how to properly set up certain things including remedial training on a failed simulation.

Phish ER has reduced the time my team and I spend on reported emails by over 80%. With the volume of emails reported and a small team this is a must have.

The configuration is a bit complicated, but easy once you get the hang of it. Once configured, it is easy to manage our malicious emails that are reported by our staff.

PhishER is my opinion is an industry leader when it comes to a tool for email analysis and remediation. This solution has a solid interface to use and understand its functionality. Additionally it has easy integrations with other security products that make this appealing for organizations in most industries. Overall, we are pleased with PhishER and complements the security education platform very well to have nearly that all in one solution

• A large number of automations have been designed that have provided quality and speed in our processes.
• Programming problems have been reduced since the system has very well designed templates.

• Can't put a value on the time saved examining user submitted emails that the system now handles on its own
• In the long run this is all meant to save us from some malware or ransomware. So ROI may not be able to be calculated on the cost but security is priceless
• Getting users educated on being careful opening message they dont recognize is the first step. Giving them tools to submit and have automatic scanning of suspected phishing is the next local step.
