Likelihood to Recommend I would definitely recommend using Basware Purchase to Pay in your organization, it handles high amounts of invoices efficiently and you can perform your work with ease. I am acting as a Basware superuser in my team so I know this software thoroughly and it rarely gives any issues, even errors are described in a clear way so the user knows what needs to be resolved/what is missing.
Read full review IronClad works great for organizations that have to deal with a lot of legal agreements at the same time, it works great for having a legal team reviewing and modifying the same legal document in a single place, and the comments in the workflow, and the approval functionality allows keeping track of the changes and assign accountability.

Read full review Cons Once you cancel the document in "cancellation queue" it cannot be restored or viewed. Sometimes but relatively rarely the program opens slowly. In rare instances the program freezes and needs to be restarted. Read full review Once you add someone into a workflow there is no way to remove them. It would be nice to be able to get out of a workflow or remove someone. The "assignment" function could be more clear for those individuals who don't regularly use Ironclad. Perhaps prompting them on how to upload a signed agreement if they are not the owner of the workflow. Read full review Likelihood to Renew We will continue using product and continue renewing as it is widely used product and it has been well adapted by users in our organization. The product is expensive but we will use it. Hopefully the product bugs will be fixed in future and they will provide more HA architecture feather for Basware.
Read full review Usability The platform works great, the user interface is simple and clean, and very intuitive to use. Having different sections for completed or in progress workflows is really helpful, but I wish the title given to the different workflows could be easily modified in order to better identify the legal documents and workflows that are being developed with our different partners

Read full review Alternatives Considered Basware was not my selection as I was not with the company at the time. It was easy to learn and we have maintained a good working relationship with Basware. It is a very good way to process the workflow of invoices from start to finish

We can see where resources are being spent and which internal business partners are utilizing the legal department the most. Positing - Better internal business partner service.
