Likelihood to Recommend BHN Rewards (formerly Rybbon)
I think Rybbon is a very good choice for a UX or Market research team. It's generally easy to use, easy to send gifts to almost any country, and their customer support is great. The only real weakness is in the reporting and dashboard. You'll have to do pretty much all of it in Excel. So unless that's very important to you, I can't really think of a better option than Rybbon.

The app has enabled us to steadily increase our business by continuously personalizing our customers' experience. The main dashboard is not very useful for tracking your activity and spending Website didn't seem super reliable. Would see downtime occasionally. You can export reports to Excel but better built in reporting would be nice Read full review We have multiple locations so the billing is a challenge for me. Both are good products, I honestly have no complaints with either of them. Rybbon's integration with Qualtrics is a definite plus.
Read full review We were considering several loyalty platforms and Como had the most positive attributes for our needs. Como is integrated with our POS system which was one of the biggest selling points for us. It's just one extra step to attach Como to a sale at the POS, points and rewards are all right their on the customer display kiosk for our customers to redeem. No credit cards are required for our customers to use the app and loyalty program, others platforms require a credit card to be attached to the customers account whether they can make in-app purchases or not.

Using the paid plan where you pre-pay fees up front definitely saved us money in the long run It's a lot quicker and more manageable than using PayPal or Amazon gift cards Their support team has probably also saved us time by helping recipients who have trouble redeeming cards instead of us having to do it Read full review We have seen sales increases up to 31% when running campaigns. Our customers love the rewards in the app and will spend more than they came in for to get to the next rewards level.
