Bigin by Zoho CRM is a great CRM for start-ups. it's reasonably priced and allows for streamlining deal tracking at a great price point giving small businesses a competitive edge over larger businesses. There are limitations with third-party integrations since they support the Bigin by Zoho CRM system. But I am happy and will be using it for the foreseeable future

Manage big databases. We have a large database of contacts and partners (more than 5,000 contacts), which are updated day by day, as a result of our participation in conferences, webinars, etc. For this reason, we needed a platform that would allow us to always have our database up to date, and accessible and editable by any member of the company.
Pipelines. Pipelines are very necessary in our daily lives, since we present many service proposals to different clients, and until now we control the status very manually. With Bigin by Zoho CRM, we can have all this information centralized in a single place, and know at all times the status of the service proposals we present (sent, pending decision, lost, won...).
Product definition. The product definition block has allowed us to further structure our typologies of products and services. At least, it has allowed us to reflect on them and what is the best way to package the service offered.
Control panel. The control panel has been very useful for us to be able to quickly see the main indicators (offers presented, next actions to be taken, etc.).

For a set up which is just starting up Bigin is the perfect CRM to start with. I have tried a lot of other solutions in the past however not many CRMs are built for managing the entire process on my own. Very useful for startups in 0 to 1 journey in my opinion. or for small & medium enterprises which operate on small scale.
There is always room for improvement and I believe RCRM is a great system that is adapting to what it's users want and need. The system suits our needs and is a huge improvement from our previous system. I can't say enough good things about the customer service. They have great follow up and always get back to me within the same day. If there is ever an unknown, there is a timeline given for follow up and a promise to get it resolved. They always come through. It's important to have a team behind your software that listens and adapts.
The support is all international and it takes a while to get support as you have to go through chats and set up times, not as easy to just call and get the support you need. They are very nice when you do finally connect with someone and they are knowledgeable, just challenging being international sometimes.
Again, the customer service team is awesome. They always respond in the same day and have resolved any issue I have ever had. They have made improvements to the system on a weekly basis, always improving for their users. There is a forum where you can leave your feature suggestions and vote on ones left by other users. The reps will jump on a call or screen share with you if you need to be walked through anything. They go above and beyond.
The price is much more attractive than equivalent tools. Pipe drive is as good, but the cost is a big factor when you are a small company, especially at the beginning. So that is why we chose BIgin, and we are delighted with it. With five members, it saves a few hundreds of euros a year.
We evaluated about 3-5 different vendors. The low barrier to entry made it an easy target to test out. Forcing an upfront annual fee was not in our interest without extensively testing the product. We also had a very basic requirement - an easy way to intake a large number of candidates and move them through a recruitment process. We didn't need anything else special at the time and recruit CRM was the most straightforward application that would provide us with a solution.
