Choosing Bigin by Zoho CRM is a good option if you are a growing small or medium-sized company with a hard time managing Google Sheets, as it is less cluttered than other CRMs and makes it easier to manage deals with little automation.

If you are using Office365 and it is within your budget, utilizing SmartCloud Connect as an interface with a CRM is a no-brainer. It remains hidden when Outlook opens, but with an email selected you can open it with a single click. It then allows you to associate the email and even attachments with email addresses that were included in the to, cc, or from sections of the email. It's a very intuitive user interface and saves time in email tracking.

Also, Bigin allows customization of most of the activities, which ensures that results attained are specific and practical to interpret. The customer assistance notion from Bigin is always right, as they completely make a follow up concerning the new clients. Lastly, Bigin through social site engagement, the software learns what bothers or matters to the clients

Almost every task you need to learn about has a large amount of documentation available. However, my rating is based on my recent interaction with the developer. Although I was satisfied with the service, I deducted one point since getting them on the phone took me three to four days.

Bigin by Zoho CRM captures opportunities, and gives the company ways to tap and work towards making them more effective. Also, Bigin integrates/connect with the customers emails, making it friendly or simple to communicate with them immediately. Bigin introduced the single sign on procedure, which boosts the security of the entire system and ensure no attacks in any form.

Out of all the other utilities we've used, SmartCloud connect seems to be the most stable. The other interfaces sometimes caused glitchy integrations with Outlook, requiring a user to restart the add-in to restore functionality, but so far that has not been the case with SmartCloud Connect. SmartCloud connect also allows you to connect to different CRM's instead of just one, which means you can still use it when migrating between CRM's.
