    It is great when you have a lot of clients and names to track. It is very easy to update and manage as well as it is great that others can see your notes. It is less appropriate for doing large blasts as it isn't as user-friendly for that. Also tracking each employee's activity is very challenging as a manager it is not very easy to see exactly what their statistics are.

    If you are using Office365 and it is within your budget, utilizing SmartCloud Connect as an interface with a CRM is a no-brainer. It remains hidden when Outlook opens, but with an email selected you can open it with a single click. It then allows you to associate the email and even attachments with email addresses that were included in the to, cc, or from sections of the email. It's a very intuitive user interface and saves time in email tracking.

      A solid 8 from my perspective, a tool all small businesses should try out before venturing into the world of larger CRM solutions as this gives you the best entry point into the CRM solution world with ideas about all the modules that are required the most.       Bigin by Zoho CRM has a 24 hours help desk, with well informed professionals, and they constantly listen and solve what ails the users. More so, often, new releases in the form of documentations regarding the software updates are made and revealed, making the beginners learn. The dashboard of Bigin is very basic, with well set operational features and by simply clicking any of them, the results are instantly revealed.

      Bullhorn was a much better platform that Zoho, but Zoho is more affordable. Salesforce was very complicated, but Bullhorn was amazing at customization, specific full cycle tracking, as well as it was an all in one so you could do the recruiting cycle, sales cycle, billing and HR functions all in one whereas with Zoho they don't talk to each other and you have to have a different system for each process so it isn't all-in-one and accessible like other programs.

      Out of all the other utilities we've used, SmartCloud connect seems to be the most stable. The other interfaces sometimes caused glitchy integrations with Outlook, requiring a user to restart the add-in to restore functionality, but so far that has not been the case with SmartCloud Connect. SmartCloud connect also allows you to connect to different CRM's instead of just one, which means you can still use it when migrating between CRM's.
