Likelihood to Recommend It's perfect for small businesses that need a tool that can be ready to run in a few days and avoid a long learning curve. If you want to integrate it with your marketing, you might need a better tool, but to be honest, I haven't really tried that yet. So, for what we do at the moment, it does 100% of the job. Let's see as we grow if we see a need to evolve to something more complex.

Read full review Usability It has some great functions that are very easy to use and user-friendly, however overall it is not a very robust system and the fact that it only does sales and not the rest of the cycle for an organization makes it very limiting. There are a lot of functions that are very basic, but for the price it does offer a lot of value for a smaller company that just needs basic functions to track.

Read full review Support Rating The support is all international and it takes a while to get support as you have to go through chats and set up times, not as easy to just call and get the support you need. They are very nice when you do finally connect with someone and they are knowledgeable, just challenging being international sometimes.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Bigin by Zoho CRM seems to be better targeted towards the direction we want to go. I did like the feature with Liondesk with the ability to send video emails for marketing as well as the Video testing ability. I'm still talking with them regarding those 2 features as they're different, and in 2024, you need to be set yourself apart.
