Tour de Force CRM

Tour de Force can be very useful if you have someone on staff to configure and set it up. It needs constant upkeep with changes in what's needed, and constant updates. This would not be good for small businesses that do not have a sales teem. They charge heavily for tech support.

Also, Bigin allows customization of most of the activities, which ensures that results attained are specific and practical to interpret. The customer assistance notion from Bigin is always right, as they completely make a follow up concerning the new clients. Lastly, Bigin through social site engagement, the software learns what bothers or matters to the clients

Almost every task you need to learn about has a large amount of documentation available. However, my rating is based on my recent interaction with the developer. Although I was satisfied with the service, I deducted one point since getting them on the phone took me three to four days.
