One application unifies the entire sales cycle from leads to collaborating with internal team members. Why use 3, 4, or 5 programs, just use one. Yes, it might not always be the fastest, but when you don't need to switch from one application to the next, in the end, you are saving some time. If you also use Google Drive, you can share files with this program too. If you also need to track time for projects or with clients, this has a time tracking feature too. The visuals in Bitrix24 are awesome, if you like to see projects, plans, team's tasks visually, this is for you!

Wrike

Wrike is great! One piece that is really nice is the ability to customize the views - so if you have team members who want to see a spreadsheet of tasks (like Smartsheet), or someone who just wants a basic list (like Asana), or wants a Gantt chart, or kanban board (like Trello), or if they want to prioritize by dragging (like Jira) - Wrike does all of this. I don't think Wrike is as suited for dev teams as Jira, or if all your entire team wants is just a list of tasks. But for anything else, I would say Wrike is one of the best, if not the best, options.

  • It's user interface can use some work. Although it doesn't take as long as some other software to learn, there is still a bit of a learning curve when it comes to day to day usage.
  • Bitrix offers a lot of features. It would be nice to have those features laid out in an easier-to-read layout, versus the long list at the side of the page.
  • It's mobile app functionality is quite limited. It can be difficult to work with other team members, solely off of their mobile app.

  • Navigating through the system with new features is awful. If you happen to miss the hundreds of updates, then you are at a loss for how to perform routine tasks.
  • Signed up for the course for Silver Certification and still is a nightmare to navigate- it messed up my login credentials, and I'm still not able to access the course.

Wrike has been a perfect tool for us. We love every aspect of it. The product, the support, and the community are great! We actually are renewing this month and look forward to many, many years ahead. Wrike provides updates every week. There are improvements and new enhancements all the time. Just when you didn't think it could be better, a new enhancement is added!

This application is a complete scam and way over priced for what you are getting. They are filled full of false advertising and false statements regarding integrations. They claim to integrate with quickbooks and they DO NOT. This software accomplished nothing but making our day to day lives more difficult and wasted months of our time attempting to build out.

Wrike was difficult to learn at first. But with videos, emails on tips and tricks, I've been able to adapt. However, it's been difficult to convince other departments to use the program as it can be a bit overwhelming at first. I don't know what the solution is, other than to keep using it. Perhaps a template as a start for newbies?

Over two years of (almost) daily usage without outages. Don't remember any errors. I give it 9 only because some Wrike plugins (for online document edit) are based on NPAPI architecture. These types of plugins are being phased out in new browsers, and NPAPI plugins are disabled by default in recent versions of Chrome so you have to do some browser adjustments when you switch browsers or move to another computer.

For the most part, Wrike works very well. Every so often, the Apple/Mac application can be slow to load. Sometimes it requires a refresh and it is working fine again. I have not figured out if it is the software or just a computer issue

It comes with a lot of features for managing customers relation for making a dynamic marketing strategy. Sharing and attaching any type of file makes our work much easier for our portfolio. I personally don’t like its customer service that needs to be vigilant and should know the way they should treat their clients

Wrike's customer support is top-notch! There are so many ways to get answers from Wrike - from their blog, videos online, community forum, contacting customer support. Whatever way you choose, you'll have an answer within 24 hours, often within just a few hours. I love my customer success manager because she meets with me via Zoom every quarter to show me new product updates, tips and tricks, and talk through any issues or wishes I have with the system. She then provides me with regular status updates on product suggestions I've made. It's awesome!

We initially had online training. A trainer took us through various training sessions where we learned about all of the tools Wrike provides. This alone allowed us to learn and set up the software and roll it out to our team. Later, a customer service rep stopped in for some one on one training which was extremely helpful.

I think it's really about developing a relationship with your Wrike partners, in tandem with your key stakeholders. Once everyone is on the same page, it makes implementation easier. Also, make sure you put a LOT of thought into your Wrike Knowledgebase, clearly plan how you are going to support your users with the key information and answers they will ask

Asana seemed pretty comparable to Wrike, and the decision ultimately came down to pricing. On the other hand, Monday has been something our team has been considering for a while, which would also be a cut in cost and significantly more simple (geared toward smaller teams). We're currently still using Wrike since we're in a year-long contract and because we now have a lot of internal infrastructure in Wrike.

Based on our experience, Wrike is very scalable. Our only issue is that you have to by seats (licenses) in certain increments. For example, when we started using Wrike we only needed 3 seats but we could not purchase any less than 5 so we were paying for 2 extra seats that weren't being used. We still currently have an extra seat open.

  • Wrike has good reporting tools that let team leaders see at a glance what everyone on the team is working on and what the status of the project is.
  • The interactive Gantt chart is one of Wrike's best features. It has dynamic timelines that show an overview of the project's progress, including the full work scope and any dependencies. It also has a critical path analysis, can work on more than one project at once, and can import files from MS Project.
  • Two-factor authentication is a very important tool for online safety.
