As a university, reconciliation and transparency are important. All transactions in Blackthorn Payments are uniquely stored in Salesforce and allow full transparency for reconciliations in debits and credits via reports. However, refunding attendees is quite tedious especially when you have to go through multiple objects on each record to reach the transaction page: Attendee > Sales Document > Transactions.
