Blinksale vs. Quadient Accounts Receivable

Blinksale is perfect for any small business. Having multiple ventures myself, I use Blinksale for each of them and I have never had an issue.

Amazing tool for workflow automation, customer self service, housing customer information in one repository, risk assessment for customers. Less helpful for cash forecasting and a bit more rigid for workflow set ups if the customer has multiple accounting pathways to send notifications to.

I'm giving Blinksale a 10 because it really is a perfect invoicing app. Sure, there are things that can be grown, but comparative to other invoicing apps I've used, Blinksale is lights-out. There isn't a small business owner that doesn't need to try out Blinksale for invoicing.

Super easy set up - does not need Admin support to create workflows or templates - anyone with a sense of receivables processes can do it

After evaluating and using several invoicing applications, I landed on Blinksale. They just fit my needs perfectly as a small business owner. The app is brilliantly designed, easy to navigate, painless, and makes invoices look great to clients. Tracking invoices and getting paid inside Blinksale are a breeze. On top of that, their unlimited plan for $15 a month is a steal for the product they are offering.

Quadient stacked up pretty well. Pricing was a bit higher than what we wanted to spend; however, based on the value we are receiving in a streamlined product, we pulled the trigger on it. Dunning was a bit more limited and manual process in the collections process so we opted for Quadient.
