Likelihood to Recommend This digital version of a pin-up space is absolutely an improvement to my workflow. The input is so robust. What you do with it is where the magic happens. This program is best suited for team collaboration. It helps to discuss how/where the team will contribute information to it--whether that is discussing the templates or a plan of action. Otherwise, the workspace can tend to get messy. I like the idea of having a presentation mode, where some of the markups could be hidden. The idea of a working session with consultants or clients sounds appealing, but at the same time, there is a desire for a cleaned up, clear shareout.

As the program facilitates the interaction between employees and managers it speeds up the distribution of tasks and allows managers to identify possible problems on the fly. For indie developers - it's a little expensive.

It improved communication within the team. Allowed to trace performance and time spent on tasks. Each team member was aware of the status of the tasks and could plan their work. Simplified interaction with managers, as it could present the results in the form of Gantt charts. I would like individual user analytics for each of my students to see where they’ve been and what contributions each has made. Read full review The program interface is overloaded. Especially when there is little time for a detailed description of the tasks. I would like a faster way to publish the result at the completion of the task. Projects and tasks are two different workspaces/pages. Personally, it would be more convenient to combine these things. If they had files they needed for the presentation they had to save them to their desktop to make sure they were accessible.

The interface is not intuitive. It proved to be quite complicated. For managers, the program has facilitated reporting and streamlined team tracking. Read full review ScreenShots
