This is also helpful with project management and situations where a lot of people are involved in certain projects. It might not be as helpful to someone who is just in charge of one specific project and doesn't have a lot of "hats" to wear and things to keep organized where a regular email calendar might suffice. Bluesnap allows configuration to fit our needs and a much better customer service experience.
