If you have a multiple social channel strategy, the Brand Networks Platform does a good job of comparing and summarizing the cross-platform performance of all the social campaigns. They also have really good optimization technology, so if you have a beginner media buyer who doesn't have a lot of time to devote to (or knowledge about) optimizing campaigns, the BN tool would be helpful.
I would recommend Perfect Audience to anyone who wants to use a 3rd party to scale up. I find the audience builder pretty terrible in Google AdWords so I was looking for something a bit easier to use and this fit the bill easily.
Sleek design -- very attractive UIConstantly innovating and updating the platformTheir support desk is very good. Very responsive and can usually update my issue within 1-2 business days.
Great to up your inbound marketing gameThe bulk uploading feature is great and makes it easy to upload numerous ad campaignsCan customize each ad easily
API data issues. There are somewhat frequent breakdowns in continuous data being pulled from the social platformsThe campaign creation flow is a little clunky and has a couple bugs. Users often forgo using the platform to set up new campaigns, and use the native platforms insteadBecause it's in continual development, there are lots of little bugs that slip through the cracks
Constantly left Googling how to do things because the system is sometimes confusingWeak native reportingLanding page editor needs work
The bulk uploading feature is certainly my preferred feature of Perfect Audience. This tool has made creating new ad campaigns quick and easy. I used to have to upload facebook then Instagram then another social media page and instead I upload everything all at once and it certainly makes it easier for all of us.
The support team could be a little more useful. After our implementation calls and getting everything setup, we did feel that they were not as responsive and I did find myself googling solutions to things that the support team could have helped us with.
Facebook for Business has far fewer bugs and errors. Brand Networks has made some major changes over the 3 years that I have been using the platform, but because they are constantly changing and overhauling their platform, there are naturally more bugs in the system -- and this can interfere with the user experience.
I have used Google Ads which has a difficult interface to use as well as Ad Roll. Perfect Audience beats them both in functionality and usability.
If you can create the report you need through automation, you can have those automatically sent to your email or a client's email. That saves time.If optimization works correctly, you get even more efficient costs against you given campaign objective. However, when features are broken, or there is a bug and I can't pull the performance data I need immediately, it detracts from my productivity
The convenience of Perfect Audience has made things smoother for us. This convenience means less time spent managing ads and more time focusing on running our business.Re-marketing features have been superior to AdWords.
