Working with many employees at the same time would be the perfect scenario to let us test all the potential that the Breezy HR platform has to offer, since its organizational capacity is large enough to be able to organize and coordinate the attendance and absence information of many workers without losing track of the job. Reviewing documents where data is needed about each employee's behavior, including their daily attendance hours, tracking of all the absences they have taken since starting at the company, and comments about their potential, which would be excellent for reporting during promotional seasons. The management of many employee lists through database services, which thanks to the platform's adaptation to cover external service software operations such as Microsoft Excel, means that it is possible to import employee databases when moving information from a storage platform.

The easy to use interface and visualization experience for people using SAP SuccessFactors is one of the best in the competition. Many of the day to day operations could be done on the go without logging in into laptops and it works seamlessly. Analytics on data that gets generated can also be used very effectively in the module itself. Further integration with
SAP Analytics Cloud
opens up the possibilities of integrating HR data with other data sources from external world to derive meaningful and timely insights which helps take informed decisions
Read full review Pros Organization. It provided an incredible way to streamline applicants and their place in the process. With a strong search capability, you can find anyone no matter where they are in the process. And you can see if they've applied elsewhere in your company. User friendliness. Not everyone understands technology. Even more so when web programs are involved. I am well versed in programs like these, and did a lot of vetting before making our purchase, so training came easy. It also - to our happiness - came easily to people who've never seen these programs. Breezy was there to help with the issues we had understanding; however, we didn't need them much because the interface was just that easy. Options. They have third party integrations, and are willing to open to more. They want to make their program useful in more than one way. Breezy crew worked with us to link to our HRIS system. They also have a great many integrations that are relevant to any small business (we are not small, but this would be a great choice for a small company just starting out and seeking to understand what they need). Read full review Its a SAAS model. The licensing cost of Success Factors is very reasonable compared to the on-premise SAP systems. So any customer who wants to come out of Success Factors can easily do it. This attracts customer to easily go for the new implementation. The web portal of Success Factors applications is very user friendly. It has seamless integration with all the mobile/PDA devises. This gives easy access to the business applications of it. The JAM feature allows easy collaboration internally. Also it has seamless integration with Social networking sites. It can be used by multiple tenants (customers). Best part of using SuccessFactors is its connection to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAP) for detailed visualizations of all modules used using Ember Analytics. Read full review Cons Their calendar functionality is pretty clunky. For example, I am able to use the platform to easily propose times to multiple candidates, but it doesn't mark the option as unavailable once the candidate has booked the time. This has led me to be double-booked on multiple occasions. (We now just use a Calendly link). You're able to create a careers web page that automatically lists open jobs through Breezy, which is nice, but the customization is incredibly limited. While you can manage your whole hiring funnel from Breezy, it lacks the automation and other functions of some of the high dollar platforms. Breezy doesn't offer any templates or suggestions with how to build your funnel, so I can imagine that many customers miss out on functionality that could help streamline their workflow. I think they could really benefit from some 'getting started' suggestions and guides. Read full review Sometimes products are rolled out too fast - resulting in critical missing config options (ONB 2.0 as a great example). These missing configs can be highly dysfunctional until they are resolved - to avoid this, I recommend not using any product that hasn’t been established and fully supported for at least 2 years. Performance and recruitment are still using a legacy XML supported format - which is fine end user functionality wise, but can be complex to support from an admin perspective - certain areas of these modules require partner support if you want to make upgrades or changes. SF does a tremendous job at bell and whistle functionality - I often find most companies are not able to leverage more than 50-75% of the offerings though. There are however core functions or areas for improvement that are significantly less shiny but are much needed in various modules. Read full review Likelihood to Renew
It's no fuss and does what we need at a very reasonable price, so I can't imagine why I'd switch.

Support is still lacking. If we don't have a critical business need where we're looking to license something new, there is no partnership with SuccessFactors. Unless of course you purchase the Platinum Support which we did not. It is difficult for us to take advantage of new functionality when we have professional services fees that will be incurred as a result. We're in a tough economy and our budgets are slim. We don't have wiggle room to add $5k here or $10k there. The overall integration into a total HCM solution is also lacking.

It's very difficult to navigate. Most systems have a job management side and a candidate management side. Breezy only has a candidate management side. It never pulls our jobs to Indeed. The user interface is so challenging to navigate. It will remove vital parts of the screen if you expand a menu. It freezes constantly. It's a great idea, but it has so many software bugs. There is something wrong with this platform and nobody wants to find the bugs.

For Key users, it is not really friendly. There are lot of hidden buttons which makes the experience difficult. For end user, it is quite easy.

It is pretty slow in some cases, and annoying to admins.

The customer support team is always very responsive, and they are genuinely interested in helping you solve your issue. If the issue is something they cannot solve or guide you through, they always send it to their tech team to fix from the back end. They are also very receptive when you send along ideas or suggestions.

SuccessFactors Employee Central gets a middle of the road rating from me because of the things it does really well - Training. It falls short with the objectives cascade and visibility amongst my reports. That's what brings it down to a 5. Objectives need to be clear and concise in order to gain buy-in from your reports, and SuccessFactors muddies that by poor delineation between cascaded attributes and my report's objectives. The whole objectives cascade can be reworked.

I liked that Breezy HR had an option to try it out before we committed. I also preferred the User interface of Breezy HR to other options we looked into. The pricing was very attractive as well. Plus it included more features than most competitors we demo-ed did
