We use Bullhorn to help us recruit, hiring, and manage the complete recruitment and applicant tracking process. We use it to manage the placement and activities of all employee data necessary to manage that placement. All of the data is accessible in one system and provides us with a complete array of reports. There is a learning curve...but...it is easy to use.

Bullhorn is a much quicker process than Indeed. I used both platforms and have had success with both. However, if I want a job filled quicker my best bet is bullhorn because it instantly gets delivered to the candidate's email. Whereas Indeed, the candidate has to log into the website to see my job posting.
