Bullhorn Connexys vs. RecruitBPM

Bullhorn Connexys manage to improve the precedent and of the candidates, exponential and scalable growth is generated in most of the departments, although the only department that uses this tool is the human resources department, we have noticed that in general, all the jobs have improved All hired personnel are selected through an advanced selection filter to guarantee the hiring of only trained personnel or the one with the best work quality.

RecruitBPM is ideal to increase the speed to hire when hiring at volume due to built-in automation. Additionally, we needed remote/video interviews and we do not want to pay for video interviews since RecruitBPM has built-in video interviewing.

We use Bullhorn to help us recruit, hiring, and manage the complete recruitment and applicant tracking process. We use it to manage the placement and activities of all employee data necessary to manage that placement. All of the data is accessible in one system and provides us with a complete array of reports. There is a learning curve...but...it is easy to use.

Easy of you and fast learning experience. Usability and a minimal number of clicks were one of the key factors for us. Having built-in workflows, custom user access, and automation was a deal maker for us.

More hands-on approach and they provided us unlimited 1:1 online training whenever asked. I do not like vendors who offer you only a few free sessions. where they got our attention the most was when they were able to customize their product to our unique needs for certain areas like agency resumes, certification tracking, and expense management.

Bullhorn is a much quicker process than Indeed. I used both platforms and have had success with both. However, if I want a job filled quicker my best bet is bullhorn because it instantly gets delivered to the candidate's email. Whereas Indeed, the candidate has to log into the website to see my job posting.

We've used cBiz (and a few of the big time platforms) in the past, but we haven't found anything that compares on the cost-benefit side of things. There really is minimal cost with RecruitBPM, and it does everything that we need it to do
