Vincere is a Recruitment Operating System for recruitment & staffing agencies worldwide. It includes a core suite of modules, and users can expand their tech capabilities with pre-integrated Access Group products from Website Design (powered by Volcanic) to Screening and Pay & Bill (powered by FastTrack360). The solution helps users unite front, middle and back office on a single recruitment tech platform.
I looked at these other products in the past but ultimately felt that Bullhorn was the better product. Bullhorn was a lot more intuitive, had the better UI, and being a long-time user felt very good knowing they had a top-notch customer support team.
I initially selected Bullhorn because I felt more confident with a global company that was recommended by the RCSA. After 12 months on the platform, I'm now in the process of transitioning to Vincere.

Against JobAdder a similar product but independent of NZ job boards. Against Bullhorn a similar product but less expensive in terms of cost and integrations. This becomes more important as you scale our business.
