Jobscience is a good fit for medium to large organizations, especially those who have various different lines of business and need one system to be able to handle them all. It is very difficult for me to imagine another system being able to accommodate the very different ways of doing business between our departments. Only a highly flexible system could have a chance at doing that.

I have been using it for the last four years and in most of the cases it worked amazingly. There is no scenario where it was less appropriate. I really like reporting and hot list features. It helps me to save a lot of time and effort. Moreover, there are such instances where my company needs to fetch the data of hires and it works amazingly well.

- JobScience is extremely customizable and flexible. This is a strength because you can tailor it to your workflow, rather than having to change your workflow to fit a software.
- JobScience is the most intuitive ATS / CRM I have ever used. This is particularly important when hiring and training new employees. The faster they can come up to speed on the core software in your business, the faster they can start generating revenue.
- JobScience has extremely powerful built in reports. I have yet to need a report that I couldn't build using the internal report wizard. It helps us understand all the numbers at the heart of our business, which is critical in decision making situations.
- JobScience also has powerful automation components. The email alerts and automated tasks you can set up are great and boost efficiency. We use them a lot, and I suspect we may have only scratched the surface.

- JobDiva has excellent integration with outside tools. For example it syncs with Outlook and Google Calendar. We also use a text messaging tool called TextUs and it is totally seamless and painless to set up.
- JobDiva continuously adds new features to help our organization. Even small changes can make a world of difference! For example, it indicates for us when a candidate has "opened" one of our email merges! So we know when a candidate has read our email but has not replied or responded to our communications. It allows us to create Hotlists so we can build better pipelines of candidates.
- Templates are also easy to create in JobDiva! We can customize messages and communications that we send out to candidates and workers.

- Multiple users - when multiple users edit a page, it doesn't show that there is someone else on the page and it only lets one person edit which can cause the information to be lost.
- Action grid - it is a helpful page to use however it is extremely slow and takes a long time to load and can be a bit finicky.
- It's simple - this is is also a positive, but I also think there could be additional resources added to it to make it more up to date and advanced.

- Finding Junior Candidates. It becomes a tough task when we get the requisitions from client that are of lower level.
- The JobDiva harvests resumes after 1-2 days they are uploaded on the job portal. I personally experienced it when I was using Careerbuilder simultaneously and saw a few candidates which appeared on the portal which came 1-2 days later into JobDiva's database.
- There is no option to look for resumes at two different Zip Codes simultaneously. For example, if a job accepts candidates from local to two particular cities (in different states), there needs to be an option to enter the zip code of the respective cities.

We are renewing it every time because it is our main source engine for resumes which we get requirements from clients. As it is also cheapest in price and excellent in providing multiple features at low cost we will renew this again and again. We will use this for a long time.

JobDiva is one of the best applicant tracking systems - it's easy for recruiters to use and provides the ability to quickly build a search and filter millions of resumes of available candidates with the required levels of experience, skills or attributes. Jobdiva itself is a very intelligent and powerful tool to recruit and source qualified candidates.

Over all I think JobDiva works well. It has some issues from time to time, but the support staff seems to handle it quickly. The major issue is the email merges getting black listed as spam. That takes away a very important JobDiva feature. That is our major functionality complaint these days

This is a SaaS platform so the implementation is easy. One thing to consider is to make sure your organization has agreed to this system. Not all will like it but atleast everyone must understand how this will impact Staffing efforts in a positive way. Once everyone is bought then the rest is smooth. The reason I mention this is because after the implementation some where reluctant to change thus not maximizing JOBDIVA to its full capacity.

We use Jobscience to add candidates, upload resumes, and have certain fields such as Name, Location, Compensation Details, Non-compete Details, Packet highlights, and of course the Resume field, all of which are required in order to create a packet to submit to our clients. These packets are created using Conga ActionGrid, so Jobscience allows us to input all the information, and it would be great if we could create a packet directly through Jobscience, but we require Conga ActionGrid, as that is then used in Adobe PDF to create the final packet.
