There is no comparing these products really. PCR is antiquated with horrible support and awful ease of use. All they say is no when you ask them to add a feature or tweak the littlest thing. The functionality of Bullhorn is unmatched. PCR is a cheap DOS version of Bullhorn.
I used PCR for about 6 years and became a master at managing it and cleaning data from within. I had almost total control over everything. With Bullhorn, it's different since much higher level operations are either hidden or inaccessible to the average user. PCR was easier to …
Ultimately I did NOT select Bullhorn. When I was at a previous company, we were using Bullhorn. I evaluated a few, gave a full trial to SendOuts and MaxHire, and ultimately selected MaxHire to replace Bullhorn.
Then, at my current company, we were using PCRecruiter. It was not …
I evaluated Zoho and Bullhorn along with PC Recruiter. I loved the PC Capture feature and PC Recruiter's outstanding communication by all the departments I talked to. Zoho's technical support was not based in the USA (at that time, unsure if anything has changed), and I …
I still keep using some of these, but PCR is my main place for profiles, since I can find someone on Linkedin, enrich it with another tool and keep it all in one place, PCR Recruiter. Its versatility when it comes to adding information and documents, organizing and visualizing …

I was with Bullhorn for 20 years and saw the cost increase three-fold, while functionality was degraded over time. They ended their email inbox function this last May, sending a notice to a wrong email address, leaving me with only a week to find a different provider. I found …
I have used PCRecruiter for over 10 years now. The product takes some time to learn, but once you invest the time to learn its functions, it provides an amazing solution for the recruiting function. I have used this product in three different companies and implemented it with …
The short answer is that PCRecruiter provides what we believe to be the best overall value for the money. PCRecruiter offers a comprehensive and complete package that integrates all phases of the recruitment process and applicant tracking. PCRecruiter also understand the …
PCRecruiter doesn't lock me into an enterprise approach (having to purchase blocks of licences vs. individual licenses). It's implementation was far easier based on past experiences.
My company's initial applicant tracking system was PCRecruiter. We found it to be inferior to Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System. Bullhorn had excellent compatibility and synchronization with our company's system. Work processes were streamlined and navigation through the …
