    Calabrio Teleopti WFM is widely used in our organization, and once we've gotten the hang of it, it's very simple to use. We can manage the entries to each employee's task lists, plan the turns that each teleworker will cover, and swap turns as needed. We can also automate the completion of scheduled management tasks and calculate how much time each employee spends at the company. This application, in general, ensures increased productivity on the call center platform.

    I love Paylocity I feel the ease of use for payroll and if it gets set up for the user, it makes it easy to use. The ease of the ACA, and getting employees updated. One thing in the ACA I don't like is that it wants to you to send the insurance information and have the employee electronically enroll and if you don't it keeps the "send" to employee. Most of our employees are on the spousal plan, and we don't electronically send our insurance enrollment through Paylocity we still handle it manually because of the age of our work force. I would like to be able to mark them as enrolled, as well as declined. Those that are enrolled I can't get off the list because the only option is declined or send the enrollment. My experience has been a good to great one. I continue to have other companies try to get me to switch but I am very happy with Paylocity and the function of the software/website.

    • It has an excellent schedule, schedules are easily accessible and can be easily created.
    • Calabrio Teleopti WFM makes it possible to effectively request time off for employees in an organized way.
    • There are educational opportunities and this is positive for the company and our employees since the customer service area is great.

    • Quarter-end reports are grouped together and so simple to pull and print out.
    • Their Time & Labor time clock is extremely simple to use.
    • Super quick response time to emailed questions.
    • There is a nice Org Chart to see all employees and who they report up to.

    • Compliance monitoring through our Zeacom phone system has been a difficulty. For the years we've had it, we've still had challenges in getting that functionality to work as intended.
    • User interface is somewhat intuitive, but could use an update for more intuitive placement and features.
    • The companion app has some updates issues that could use addressing.

    • Some reporting details are incorrect, Paylocity responded they were aware and it might be fixed but they were not sure where they were in the process
    • Customer service reps change often
    • We were encouraged to use tablets as timeclocks and they disconnect from wifi often so it causes need for manual corrections to timecards
    • Benefit balances for paid sick time cannot be programmed to match our policy where members are allowed to use a certain number of hours but still continue to accrue sick time year round which leads to additional manual checks

      The transition from my old provider to Paylocity was virtually painless. I always felt well supported by my account rep. I would use Paylocity again, but I'm not in a position to change providers at my current company right now.

      Although it is fairly easy to use, there are some processes that just don't make munch sense. For example, if an employee has 2 bank accounts and the funds are returned from one account the process to reissue is TEDIOUS and confusing. Unless you want to PAY for Paylocity to do it for you. I think the manual process should be as easy for us.

      The frustrations I have with Paylocity customer support are what drove me to leave a review in the first place so I can warn anyone considering purchasing this product. I really like the software and it has a lot of great features, but my complete distrust of their customer service has led me to rue the day I chose Paylocity to be our payroll vendor. For one thing, they are often slow to respond. That alone might be manageable, except even when I do get a response, half the time the answers are incomplete/not helpful, if not completely incorrect! Imagine waiting 90 days and paying thousands of dollars for a corrected W2 only for it to come back more incorrect than it was when you started, and not only that but they also made me question my sanity trying to convince me that they were correct when it was BLATANTLY wrong - and that's just one example! Sometimes you might be lucky to get a decent customer service rep using the chat help feature, but most of the time whoever you talk to does not seem to have any more knowledge of the system than you do. I am a patient person and I have a lot of grace for administrative errors (we're all human) but Paylocity customer service is consistently unreliable and sometimes unprofessional to boot. To their credit, the sales and implementation teams do seem really good. It seems like maybe they just can't retain good customer service reps. We've been through several account managers without ever having a good experience.

      I would make sure you have a dedicated team at Paylocity to complete the implementation. We had staff from Paylocity quit and things were not completed properly. They dropped the ball so to speak on that portion of it. we have encountered multiple issues since then and are still not using the Time off tracking to its full capabilities.

      We selected Teleopti because we knew shift bids would be one of our top priorities and it came highly recommended in that space. We also were hoping for more advanced PTO management features but that is not a deal breaker for us thankfully. We had demos from all the major WFM software companies and Teleopti impressed us with its ability to seamlessly combine all features of WFM management into an easy to use package. The other companies had many of the same features or better, but their overall presentation just didn't impress.

      We previously used ADP for many years and the ADP Workforce Now for roughly seven years prior to moving to Paylocity in 2019. ADP was very costly and not user-friendly for our staff or management. This is the only other payroll provider I have ever used and can compare to Paylocity.
