The very user-friendly interface encourages our team members to use Calamari regularly. The tool is also very simple to use so all in-house communication is strengthened because of that. The Success team writes back within minutes and helps with literally everything so the communication between us/our team and Calamari is great.

PlayVox is an amazing tool that allows you to do all your quality assurance checks and coaching session in one place. We love the ability to create scorecards dynamic to our workflows and communication channels. Because it is so simple to use, we were able to ramp up our season quality assurance team within hours and then let them get to it. The insights we get from PlayVox also provide us with very valuable information that will help us improve our training for the next season. We are able to quickly see where our team members struggle so that we can increase our emphasis in those areas when we ramp up for the new year[.]

  • When I am evaluating, I can save the form as a draft but all the information that I have already put in it gets deleted.
  • If I leave a form accidentally (i.e. close the tab), and I try to enter again, it shows that I've been previously working on the form but it doesn't let me go back to it. I have to start all over again.
  • I would love for the drafts of the form to be saved automatically, in an era where everything is on the cloud, I've found this very inconvenient.

I do not think my organization has and 2nd thought of changing the Playvox because I am sure they cannot find another option that is as easy and smooth. There is no other option at all. Playvox is being used here in every department and the company cannot run without this. Now it is a basic need of this business

Playvox is an easy-to-use platform, all features are intuitive, which makes navigation easy. I never found navigation problems, I was always able to find all the items I needed, all the information is well separated, what could improve is the possibility of moving some items, putting the ones that I use the most in evidence.

Working with my rep is so easy and has been the selling point on this platform. I like that I don't have to think about it much, love the Slack integrations for my team and how easy it was to transition from our old process into Calamari. It's simple, clear, and for a small team, it has everything I need. The customer support team has always responded promptly when I need anything, and we were even able to extend our trial period in the beginning and converted to a paying customer shortly after.

We have had multiple live trainings (Zoom). The training at the beginning of the set up was top notch. We had some additional questions about coaching and they jumped on the opportunity to help us. We have a designated trainer and account manager.

From the day first, we were active on Playvox and happy with the features. It does not take much time to understands its features and its performance. A few training sessions with 'How to use' and we are experts using playbox.

Our HR department used Excel and paper request forms for our vacation management, and tracking working hours didn't exist. We were only obliged to sign a list when we were entering the office. Calamari is a huge improvement in every aspect of time tracking and vacation management for your company. We're loving it!

Playvox is a particularly good platform for housing/performing multiple types of Quality Analysis types/projects in one single location. It is very intuitive to use in either the Agent or Analyst modes that I have had the opportunity to use to date. The layout and aesthetics of this platform are pleasing to the eye and are not jarring, as other similar platforms with poor design tend to be. The knowledge base part is pretty cool. There, I have access to courses given and important information. The library part is also very useful to quickly access important information that needs to be passed on to customers. so I believe that Playvox services are necessary for a business environment where you need to constantly teach employees about new procedures, give tips on how to improve their work, and where they are making mistakes. Because it is a complete site where all the tools are easy to use and understand.

  • It has done wonders for the team as initially were doing the audits in excel which didn't have the proper format and reporting tool, this was solved by Playvox
  • Real time feedback and corrective action as made possible by using Playvox
  • User management is very simple in Playvox which saves time in case of change in auditors or JML
