Our experience was on selling large items in small quantities, e-mail automation worked pretty well converting leads in to sales. Also it works pretty well with fallowing up on customer surveys. In the selection process, we were curious about the Magento e-commerce integration and usability of Emarsys interface. Then we held meetings both with Business and technical departments, that played a big role making our desicion

We have two branches, one in New York and one in Turkey. At first we were searching for a company which can provide service in both countries but there was no company had branches in both locations. Emarsys pointed their USA references working with European accounts and they convinced us. Emarsys automation was meeting the requirements and account managers were super helpful
