Likelihood to Recommend If you want to quickly create large numbers of pages across a lot of keyword groups, I have no idea how you would do it unless you used a tool like Captora.
Read full review ADR is a great interactive tool for B2B businesses that sales deals one-on-one with the customer. I don't think it would be well suited for B2C businesses because of the need and cost for individual licenses per user. I would highly recommend this tool to B2B companies that practice traditional sales with a technological edge.
Read full review Pros Great Customer Support. The team is very responsive to our needs and always follows up with action items from our meetings and calls. I think this comes down to the people they hire and their willingness to create customer relationships. Ask for Steve as your CSM. Competitive insights are great as Captora consolidates all of your competitor data into a single view. You can then tag different ideas for your content team or just view on periodic basis to see what the competition is up to. Getting campaigns at scale. Captora does a great job in helping your team scale campaigns fast. Part of this is due to the ease of use (once you get trained) and the other part is due to the content team and algorithms behind the product. You can scale to hundreds of campaigns within weeks if you desire. Read full review App Data Room has been instrumental in allowing our sale representatives to present up-to-date and innovative marketing collateral to potential customers. A second value add is that our Marketing Department is able to create and upload the most current material to the app so that our sales representatives have access to the most up-to-date information to present to our customers.
Read full review Usability Overall, the App Data Room product is easy to use. Our Marketing Department is able to quickly upload updated and new material once they create the documents. Users are able to quickly find material filed by subject matter. Once the appropriate material is located, it can be presented on their iPad and emailed to prospective customers who indicate interest in the products.

Read full review We've used custom developed tools in the past but the upfront cost is very high and the solution we had was very costly to update. We did not have a CMS previously so real-time updates were unheard of. App Data Room has all of the features we previously had plus so much more.

Captora is helping us drive more traffic to our website and more inbound leads. On the paid side, we are able to understand what content converts and make smarter decisions in the long run.
