cBizSoft's Exelare is very well-suited to the staffing industry. It allows for multiple contacts under a single client record. You can then enter & track all Jobs & Recruiting activity. It's fairly well suited to being a CRM as well. It does have the capability to link with ADP once you 'place' a candidate in the system. However, if you use another payroll system, you're stuck exporting reports & info to import in your payroll.

- Strongest aspect is how it enables the user to customize what fields they see and that it allows the user to filter on any and/or each of the fields in an Excel Spreadsheet like environment.
- Excellent list management features. Static lists as well as Dynamic lists are great.
- Great navigation and hyperlinks for all records.

- We can track our submission list and their status.
- We can see the information about the jobs we work on and new jobs are also entered into CEIPAL. And the status of the jobs is also displayed.
- We can also know who migrated the profile. Who viewed the profile.
- We can send the job mails to candidates from CEIPAL.
- We can write a note for profile and the whole organization will see it.

Overall there is a ton of useful functionality in the software. Reporting is great. You can mass load & edit candidates, & almost any type of record really. You can customize a lot of the menus for your own purposes & statuses for candidates. It can be used for Sales/CRM activity too.However, the interface looks like it was built in Windows 95 or something. The fact that it's not cloud-based seems to confuse a lot of our users

because I'm using currently , i solved a lot of difficult requirements easily with the help of ceipal, recruiter can work with a positive vibe by using ceipal as it is a friendly user , jobs can be posted , the migrated profiles will go to the database directly , after submitting the candidates , we will get a ceipal notification that we submitted a candidate

It is far cheaper and does almost the same thing that you can find in other tools. The customer service is good and they actually work to provide the best results based on our needs which is highly appreciated. You can create a hierarchy and groups and select what information you would like to show to that particular group and what you don't

- New texting option launched where you can reach candidates through text messages by using desk numbers only in order to get a hold of them quickly.
