cBizSoft's Exelare is very well-suited to the staffing industry. It allows for multiple contacts under a single client record. You can then enter & track all Jobs & Recruiting activity. It's fairly well suited to being a CRM as well. It does have the capability to link with ADP once you 'place' a candidate in the system. However, if you use another payroll system, you're stuck exporting reports & info to import in your payroll.Incentivized

Strongest aspect is how it enables the user to customize what fields they see and that it allows the user to filter on any and/or each of the fields in an Excel Spreadsheet like environment.Excellent list management features. Static lists as well as Dynamic lists are great.Great navigation and hyperlinks for all records.Incentivized
Crelate has a very useful SMS system where you can engage with candidates via text and receive quick responsesCrelate has generally useful widgets such as bookmarks, engagement activities, and ad response trackingIncentivized
The interface is a bit clunky. It would be nice to have a cloud-based version. It doesn't have the ability to mass-action candidates while in the Jobs view.I'd like to see the ability to create custom reports on my own.Incentivized
Interface isn't great - there's a lot of clicking around required that I wish was streamlinedThis isn't a self-explanatory platform - you have to dig around a while before you figure out how to use some features, like the filtering of contacts, for example. There's a place that you'd think you filter, but that actually changes the contacts list instead. It often crashes and you have to sign out and sign back in for it to work again.
It works, but not sure that it's the best/we might try out alternatives first.Incentivized
Overall there is a ton of useful functionality in the software. Reporting is great. You can mass load & edit candidates, & almost any type of record really. You can customize a lot of the menus for your own purposes & statuses for candidates. It can be used for Sales/CRM activity too. However, the interface looks like it was built in Windows 95 or something. The fact that it's not cloud-based seems to confuse a lot of our users Incentivized
Usually the Crelate support is very responsive and quick to fix any problems that arise. I've personally seen emails of the threads where Crelate support was quick to resolve problems and act courteously while doing so. While I have never called their line, it seems that their phone support is also well experienced.Incentivized
Better than them but we did not work with them so we do not really know Incentivized
Easier to use, modern, supports drag and drop. Easy to set up and use. Fewer keystrokesbetter support than zoho, not as good (but getting there) as PCRCrelate is a smaller company, nimble and has ear of the customerLIke ability to click and dial!Incentivized
It went from a less expensive alternative that did most of what we wanted better than our last ATS to being just the same price as their competitors. Hard to say what our ROI would be with the product.Incentivized
Crelate has allowed me to customize my recruiting process for business development. This will be a great ROI moving forward.Crelate links all candidates to the company that they work for. This is extremely important to quickly identify profiles in the database with the companies that they work for. Sounds simple but very important!Quickly interfaces with LinkedIn to important candidates. This makes importing candidates quick and easy!Incentivized
