Likelihood to Recommend cBizSoft's Exelare is very well-suited to the staffing industry. It allows for multiple contacts under a single client record. You can then enter & track all Jobs & Recruiting activity. It's fairly well suited to being a CRM as well. It does have the capability to link with ADP once you 'place' a candidate in the system. However, if you use another payroll system, you're stuck exporting reports & info to import in your payroll.

Greenhouse is less appropriate if you are looking for sharing offer letters or doing employee onboarding. Did not had a great experience in doing that
Read full review Pros Strongest aspect is how it enables the user to customize what fields they see and that it allows the user to filter on any and/or each of the fields in an Excel Spreadsheet like environment. Excellent list management features. Static lists as well as Dynamic lists are great. Great navigation and hyperlinks for all records. It would be nice to have a cloud-based version. It doesn't have the ability to mass-action candidates while in the Jobs view. I'd like to see the ability to create custom reports on my own. Read full review Greenhouse Security is simple, but not that granular. For example, everytime new recruiter joins, we have to give them access manually one by one. There is no one click or an easy way to auto assign security unlike other systems that we use such as Workday. Greenhouse reporting is very lacking. Even though we are on the highest tier, we cannot extract data through this delivered feature. For example, scorecard custom questions. We have to do this through SQL. Greenhouse Audit Log is also lacking. It is not useful at all. We cannot even see what job info changed and who changed it even though we are on the highest tier now. Read full review Support Rating Overall there is a ton of useful functionality in the software. Reporting is great. You can mass load & edit candidates, & almost any type of record really. You can customize a lot of the menus for your own purposes & statuses for candidates. It can be used for Sales/CRM activity too. However, the interface looks like it was built in Windows 95 or something. The fact that it's not cloud-based seems to confuse a lot of our users
Read full review I have never needed to call Greenhouse for support. I am not the primary account holder, nor do I use Greenhouse enough to merit calling support. I delegate that responsibility to the Recruiting team. They have never mentioned any experience with Greenhouse technical support, either bad or good. I would assume that they would tell me if the support was poor.

Read full review Tools appears very light to use. It does not take forever to load. the interface is very simple but capable, unlike many ATS's. The tools is Simple yet loaded with very useful functionalities that save a lot of time and expedites the processes. For different stakeholders, the tools works accordingly.
