cBizSoft's Exelare is very well-suited to the staffing industry. It allows for multiple contacts under a single client record. You can then enter & track all Jobs & Recruiting activity. It's fairly well suited to being a CRM as well. It does have the capability to link with ADP once you 'place' a candidate in the system. However, if you use another payroll system, you're stuck exporting reports & info to import in your payroll.

It's very well suited for the full automation of the recruitment process and all the involved data pipelines. It's the best in market tool for campus hiring. Its unique customisable features are second to none when doing large volume hiring. It can make improvements to virtual hiring features and in its cloud offering it is not compatible with all the major cloud platform providers
Read full review Pros Strongest aspect is how it enables the user to customize what fields they see and that it allows the user to filter on any and/or each of the fields in an Excel Spreadsheet like environment. Fantastic team that is responsive and open to suggestion, which, as a customer, it is important to know you have dedicated resources on your side. You're not just putting requests into an abyss. You have real people that respond and will provide answers and training as needed. Interview scheduling is extremely useful and puts the onus on the candidate to sign up for their preferred times. This is critical in campus recruiting when there are short timeframes and a large number of candidates coming in for super days. Read full review Cons The interface is a bit clunky. Overall there is a ton of useful functionality in the software. Reporting is great. You can mass load & edit candidates, & almost any type of record really. You can customize a lot of the menus for your own purposes & statuses for candidates. It can be used for Sales/CRM activity too. However, the interface looks like it was built in Windows 95 or something. The fact that it's not cloud-based seems to confuse a lot of our users

As mentioned earlier, they are providing more resources to this area, and it has improved significantly. This could still improve though, especially response time.

offers some unique features, Oleeo is the best available in the market. Unlike other talent acquisition software, Oleeo doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. The ATS is fully customisable to fit unique recruitment processes. it uses AI to reduce gender bias in the job postings and admin tasks are greatly reduced here. User-friendly UI and navigation is another add-on to Oleeo's already rich featured list.

Read full review From an administrative aspect, it has allowed our small campus team to be more focused on the strategy, the candidates, and our business. The interview scheduling tool has saved many hours on our end. This has allowed us to streamline our process and provide a seamless process for the candidate when they apply through our website, sign up for events, apply for jobs, and sign up for interviews.
