It is great for already hired employees. After you are already working with us to use the system is great for benefits, pay stubs, forms to fill out, time off requests. But prior to hire, we did not think the ATS system was ready for tracking applicants. There were many features such as bulk messaging applicants that were not available yet

iSpring is well suited for beginners and advanced users. iSpring simplifies the user's ability to develop training, take screen recordings, and combine them into a well put together training that can be published in multiple formats. Uploading the SCORM format to an LMS is easy and works well without a hitch each time

  • Screen recording is great. Very simple to use and delivers exactly what is expected by us in terms of quality.
  • Powerpoint conversion is a simple process. In fact, it is possible to add a lot of additional resources to make it more compelling and engaging. It may generate a lot of benefits for companies that already have many PPT files.
  • Quizzes and interactive assessments are also a great feature, with multiple types of questions. It can be mixed with learning content to create a process based on continuous learning and testing.
  • It exports the project in different publishing formats, so it makes much easier for non-technical users to create and export any content and then publish it on LMS platforms.

  • Not certain if their continuous YouTube posted Webinars do equity as a component of their abilities increase. The introduction style is normal, with regards to Webinar compose preparing program.
  • The main change as of now that I might want to see is with the following usefulness. I find that I regularly time out when endeavoring to discover the quantity of perspectives and one of a kind perspectives of specific records that I have transferred.
  • Concerning iSpring Quizzes, I might want to be able to design the pages in an all the more simple way and furthermore, when the tests are seen on a cell phone, the real page that we have set up can be seen. We have put pictures on the page for the understudies to answer inquiries concerning just to discover on the cell phone they can't see the pictures.

I think it's very usable for the employee. I don't think it is as easy for the HR/PR admins - especially if there is an issue. There are so many setup screens that need to be looked at to try to figure out why payroll isn't calculating properly, hours aren't feeding over correctly, or benefits are not calculating properly. For the most part, they can't do their own troubleshooting. The same is true for the managers. Our managers find it cumbersome to go into make any schedule changes after the schedules have been generated.

We haven't noticed any slow-down due to the integration of Dayforce WFM with our Ceridian HPL products (HRIS and Payroll). The new HTML view of the timesheets don't load as quickly as the old Silverlight view - however, we have gotten used to the change.

Most of the time the support is great; it's not always super efficient but I always get the help I need. Occasionally it takes a lot longer than we had hoped or get conflicting responses. We had one ticket recently where we were told we would have to pay the service team to support us on the project and then another person called the next day with the solution to our query and was able to find a solution easily. Generally, though, the response is great and they either walk me though how to do something via a Zoom Meeting or they email step-by-step instructions on how to do it and say if I have questions we can set up a meeting to discuss further.

We haven't had an issue with iSpring support in the time we have been using the application. The few times we have reached out for advice, we have been sent replies within a day. This is only due to the time zone difference. There have been times when troubleshooting has resulted in a message that the function we were looking for or the content we were looking to create is not possible, but in every case, our request has been passed onto the development team for follow up and possible integration with future patches.

Have a strong internal team. Communicate with your implementation team - they are there to make it work for you. Take the time to really think about how you want the system to work for you - in some cases, you may need to rethink your own business practices to see if you are working harder when the system could do it for you

This has allowed our organization to rollout to all of our employees and streamline process throughout all levels of employees. We continue to tweak/customize our options knowing that DF is robust application that is continually working on a better experience for the customer.

Therer are several other interactive video creation tools out there, such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate and even PowerPoint on its own, but none of them come close to offering the galaxy of features that is served up by iSpring Suite, and it's the easiest to learn and use with affordable price tags

Overall, we are extremely happy with the Dayforce WFM module. Our biggest pain point is concerning the twice annual software upgrades - which is the only reason I haven't rated them as a '10'. Because every customer is configured differently, the upgrades can sometimes have adverse effects on our current configured policies/rules. And although they roll-out the upgraded version in a test environment several weeks before go-live, not all testing is accurate in that environment. Some issues do not present themselves until you are working with live punches.

  • There's no paper handling for employee's PTO requests, manager approvals, etc. This is a huge time-saving and hassle-saving aspect of the system.
  • Employees no longer print out their paychecks - it's all on the app. And we pay less for mailing checks all over the place.
  • Employees enroll in their benefits now, which was also a huge time, paper, and cost saving!
  • Employees attest that they received all of their meals and rests via the biometric clocks, so paper doesn't have to be kept - the system tracks that info now.

  • We have been able to standardize training, making a positive impact on our ROI because we are giving employees the same information at the same time. Before our organization used iSpring to create simple awareness training, we would rely on communication flow from managers to employees. This was like a game of telephone and we never had the uniformity of information like we get when we use eLearning.
  • We have been able to provide our customers with a quick and cheap form of training on the equipment that we produce for them. Customers love this, and we have a much better utilization rate using iSpring versus other content authoring software.
  • Our organization has started to utilize eLearning created by iSpring as a way to introduce topics and prepare employees for instructor-led trainings. We have cut the time instructors are in class by a quarter.
  • We have used iSpring to reduce the amount of instructor-led classes. We have eliminated more than one-third of our instructor-led classes that we converted to eLearning. This frees up a lot of time and allows our employees to take the training as needed.
