Pros

It has been great for configuring and representing data trends for our own company as well as our clients.
It is very helpful for viewing and understanding trends within our own datasets without being too overwhelming
The user interface is very streamlined and doesn't take too long to learn so there isn't a lot of time wasted.

Cons

Cost is a little much for something we could do in house, given, it would take us much longer
Would be better to be more compatible with other analytical software

Certainly, it turns out that implementation and data modeling are sometimes complex.
There are still many graphic and representation limits that need complex customizations to be overcome.

Customer support is provided through resellers, and finding the right reseller for your context can be a challenge. However our support from our last two resellers/partners has been largely very good. The online community is strong, though obviously doesn't replace having local technical experts working with the product and managing it.

Alternatives Considered

They have minor similarities, so they are not easily comparable. Keen is one of a kind and does not have a great alternative. It just needs a little work and developers will be addicted to it.

They are all good tools, each having their own pros and cons. Qlik Analytics Platform was easy to set up, more than affordable, and has a good user base. Though not as large as some of the other tools, it is growing every day and for the price, it is very hard to beat. I would recommend it. Microsoft Power BI is a little more intuitive to some users, many of them engineers, because of its similarities to Excel. I do like that it follows a similar structure to Excel but I think that it also has the same old-school GUI, which could be improved on. I prefer the way Qlik Analytics Platform's visualizations look because they appear more modern and smooth rather than rigid.
