    If you are in any type of sales, and meeting with people, it is a must. If you already know you contact well, it doesn't have as much value for that particular meeting. Also I wish there was a way to not sync internal meetings, as it just provides clutter, and I don't need info on those people.

    1. Be sure to specify and understand the impact on your model when looking at volume versus value factors. 2. Ask all your potential vendors about set-up costs and time.3. Understand, with any predictive model, how it will affect both marketing and sales - a predictive tool should bring the two closer together.4. Remember - its predictive, not all-knowing and brief/train your teams accordingly.

    • At times it doesn't pull a social profile for the contact correctly, or at all, when I know the person has a profile.
    • The interface is a little clunky, and the font is too large. It could be a lot smaller and still effective.
    • It takes a lot of time to sync at points, which is frustrating.

    • A little more explanation of how different factors can affect the model in terms of the customer objectives - they've really listened here and have really focussed on the changes we needed to make.
    • Update specific fields/features e.g. multi-currency support (now done), non-confusing field names (being released), custom fiscal years for reporting (coming I believe)

    The thing that Charlie does best is it aggregates everything in one place. It allows me to have a one-stop shop, that I can quickly review prior to heading into a meeting. People are usually amazed with the amount of info that Charlie can give you, and it almost always works its way into my sales call.
