    For businesses that rely on subscription/recurring revenue models, especially within SaaS. Once everything is all plugged in, it's so easy to generate granular reports and insights. Straight-up eCommerce businesses that don't rely on a recurring/subscription model might not get as much value.

    It is the best product for marketing with different channels. Mailing and SMS'ing become easy. Targetted customer engagging. Branding, Campaining with NetCore for business growth. It can manage a huge database of emails, contacts etc. It helps you to schedule your campaigns too. Reporting of the performance of campaigns and brands is great and you can customize too. They provide API's for downloading your database. Before starting with the product you should have a proper training as parts can be cumbersome

    ChartMogul

    • Data Ingestion - Because we use a payment processor that ChartMogul understands, they are able to ingest the data automatically and process it with almost no input from us.
    • Analysis and Insights - Once we got our data into ChartMogul, we immediately started seeing some patterns in our data that hadn't previously been apparent to us.
    • Customizability - ChartMogul makes it fairly easy to customize and extend the dashboard (and to enrich our data manually via the API).

    • Multiple features like API, Social media integration, Campaign management, Scheduling Campaigns, Lead Management, Data analytics, Google Apps integration etc. helps for the growth of a business.
    • Email Integration, SMS Integration also connects us with customers on one to one basis.
    • All marketing solution on one platform makes it more useful, we do not have to log in to multiple dashboards for marketing.
    • It's a cloud-based product and can be accessed from anywhere at any time.

    Cons

    ChartMogul

    • ChartMogul doesn't always integrate both ways well. When data is modified that has been previously pushed to ChartMogul, bugs can occur.
    • I haven't seen an A/R turnover report but this would be helpful to have.

    ChartMogul felt like the market leader for SaaS. Its ease-of-use, visual reporting, and overall feature set seemed to align with exactly what we needed. It provides everything needed when it comes to tracking our revenue month-over-month.

    Netcore Smartech

    NetCore Smartech is the most stable product. SMS and email are on a single platform which makes it a better product. It also uses browser notification, push notifications to attract customers to your campaigns. The conversion rates become higher using Netcore Smartech as the percentage of delivered emails. SMS is higher than any other software. It almost delivers instant emails and SMS seeing campaigns rise almost instantly.
